Have had it for a couple months. So far no complaints, enjoying the printer. Took me a week to unbox bc I was scared but the whole process of unboxing and set up was very smooth, instructions are very clear and printing is easy as long as you follow instructions/directions. Print size is big enough for any craft idea! My personal view of this machine is well worth its money. I use this printer for personal reasons and so far I have had nothing but compliments on my kids and families shirts. Just as any other electronic/machine/tool/equipment, there’s minor issues but Tech support is on their A game! ... show more

Don’t let the positive reviews influence you. I bought the printer a month ago and it still doesn’t work properly. I can’t even get a positive print. You could only talk to the manufacturer 8 PM Eastern standard time You can’t return the printer because it has ink in it, but you wouldn’t know if it would work unless you put ink in it So much waste of money ... show more

Received my printer today. Set up was pretty easy. Had issues getting the white ink to work and contacted tech support. In about 30 min Paisley helped me get my printer to working and I was printing perfect pictures.

The printer works great and not too much of a problem setting it up following the instruction manual. And if you run into any issues the support team will guide you through fixing them. The only thing is their hours are from 9pm-7am in the US but they will stay with you until the issue is resolved.

This printer started out working really great, then I had a few issues. Some of the colors started coming out bloc-hie. I contacted tech-support they were only available after 6pm finally figured that I needed a new printhead. Found every reason under the sun why it was not covered under warranty even though their marketing says it is for 6 months. Find another company to do business with. ... show more

I have had this DTF printer for 5 months with very minimal issues (every machine has a learning curve). I finally ran into my first real issue that I could not solve on my own & after 4 hours of tech support we're back in business! Daisy was a pleasure to work with.
