The fabric is thick and supportive, so no need to add pads unless. you're wearing an especially thin top. I've washed and dried the bra and there was no shrinkage. Comfortable and true to size. It's great for working out, but I also use them for work. If you do not have a shirt over it, you can see the headlights if you know what I mean. The material isn't too thick and it has some wicking, but not much. I am a B cup and this holds me from the bouncing-like I look pretty flat for me. Size: The sizing on these may have changed over the years. I've attached a photo of the current size large in blue compared to the original size large in gray. I have had the gray one since 2022 so clearly it's stretched out somewhat over time (though I always hang to dry), but nonetheless, there is a significant size difference. ... show more

I'm usually a 34G but I'm currently pregnant, so my chest has grown a lot in the last few weeks. I STRUGGLE to find sports bras (or any bras) that are snug on the waist but have enough space inside to accommodate all my flesh! I have been getting sports bras that seem heavy duty to really strap me in, but I always have side boob hanging out, or my boobs fall down the band and out the bottom. It's honestly just such a hassle. Just putting these on for the first time is relieving!!! It's snug under the bust and there is plenty of material to accommodate both my boobs! I got the XL thinking it would likely not be a good fit, but i just need something for comfort. You really can’t beat the price of this bra for what you get. Mine has held up in the wash for a few months with no pilling. I hang dry my bras. The fit is very supportive, great for exercise.
