I bought this machine based on the facts of having a 3.5mm cam and a brushless motor in it. It’s advertised in the pictures and in the description. Super bummed out to open up this machine to see that terrible brushed can motor that they sell for 3$ on Amazon. Other than that the quality of the machine is nice. It’s built really stout. It’s not too long so it has good balance it vibrates a good amount though. If it had the advertised motor in it I’m sure it would mellow that out a tremendous amount! I haven’t tattooed with it yet I’ll write a follow up after tattooing as my appointment is walking in right now…

This INKin cordless tattoo gun is nice quality. The fit and finish are perfect to my eye and hand, with no gaps, machining issues or other notable problems. The weight is solid, with a good heft in the hand, but the barrel is also a nice size that is less bulky than some other comparable models. The battery side unscrews and is light weight, self-contained, and depending on your other accessories, can be mixed and matched with other gun and tattoo parts. The barrel and motor is where all the weight is, meaning that this feels really great in the hand, with most of the weight distributed right into your fingers and palm rather than hanging behind at the end of the gun. The barrel twists with a solid, confirming click to set your stroke length. Possibly challenging to set after a gun is all wrapped up, but that's to be expected with almost every design these days. The battery and motor controller is great. One button to power up and you're met with a display showing your battery life and current selected voltage. A plus and minus key raise and lower the selected voltage as you'd expect. There are five memory banks, selected by clicking the "M" button. There is no action to save or store a voltage at a specific memory location, you set it and it stays. In practice, this means that you can have five preferred voltages set for each of the 5 memory banks. You turn the motor on by hitting the power button once and then you can keep hitting the M button to cycle through each selected voltage on the fly. Works great in practice and makes it super simple to cycle through preferred settings. The gun charges via USB C and there is a USB-C to USB-A charging cable and a single 1003RL needle in the pack to test things out. Overall, pretty nice and impressive!

Wow! This machine has features of a high dollar one and it's incredibly attractive as well. I love that it has a pause feature. Many of the lower end tattoo machines require you to hold the power button and shut it down completely in order to pause operation. I also love the actual machining of the body on this. It feels and looks really high end. The machine has a 3.5mm stroke and I found no issues when color packing or lining. I love how easy it is to pull apart to clean. The battery lasts a long time and the machine feels very well balanced. It's lightweight in the hand and I've had no fatigue tattooing for long sessions. If you're looking for a good all around machine I would highly recommend this one. It's small, lightweight but packs a punch!

was suprised at the quality of this machine. the motor is fairly quit and strong. Battery life last the entire tattoo session no problem. this particular machine is a little thicker than other i have, but that means less wraps. Anything too small and longer sessions will cause cramping and you dont need that working on a client.
