I’ve used this for a few weeks. It was already faulty the first day of use. When inserting the cartridge in the machine, it would randomly decide not to run. I would have to keep in taking out the cartridge and putting it in again only to get it to work for 5 minutes before it stopped. The cord that comes with it became faulty after a few days causing the machine to intermittently stop during my appointment. Now today the machine started rattling and shaking so loud it made my lines shakey. I wouldn’t recommend this machine.

I have been trying to decide on what machine to buy. I currently own 6 now with a bishop v6 being my most costly one yet I don't like it, I decided to buy this one even though it's Max stroke is 4.0 but I was looking for 4.2 but no need for that because this machine truly does "hit" lick boss in all strokes. Completely amazing. The feeling of it is comfortable and it's weight is just right... Only thing I can't figure out is where the serial number is for warranty. But I'm sure I'll be able to get it figured out. Probably going to purchase a second one.
