Great product. I use this after the gym. Wrap a towel around my head and instantly dose off from the relaxation of the blanket. It’s great for muscle recovery and weight loss. Very easy to clean after use. I open it up, wipe it down and use a non-toxic cleaner used for yoga mats. I let it air dry then I wrap it back up. It doesn't take long for it to heat up. You have the option to have your hands out or fully wrapped. This is a great feature since I’m usually watching TV if I haven’t snoozed away. I set a timer so I wont forget to get out.

It heated up fast and the temperature control is accurate. The material is water proof so cleaning is a breeze. It’s pretty comfortable laying inside. There are also around 10x emergency blanket given in the box as added bonus. Not sure how effective it is to lose weight. Will update later after I use it for a while.
