I was pleasantly surprised with these chairs. They seem to be better built than other chairs we looked at 2x-3x the price. They are nice and wide and the frames are surprisingly thick heavy steel. The cushioning is a little firm, but the chairs don't feel like they will break down any time soon. The heat and massage are very nice too. I bought one for myself and we liked it so much we had to buy a second for my wife. The only con I see so far is they are pretty slow going up and down. Not a huge deal to me, but it is something to note. I don't really use the lift function, but I have tried it out and it has no issue lifting my 250lb frame. It never sounds like it's struggling or makes any concerning noises. We haven't had them long but so far I am very impressed with the quality of the chairs especially for the price we paid.

This chair has been a life saver for us. My husband had a SVT, blocked urethra and a pulmonary embolism all in a 4 day span of time. He ended up hospitalized for 5 days and very weak. He could NOT lie flat nor get out of bed with the catheter and his weakness. We had to drive over 3 hours for medical care and stayed at our daughter’s house to be 45 minutes away. This chair solved every issue we had. He slept in it, he could lift himself out once he lifted it right and it was comfortable for 24 hours a day he was in it the first few days. He has transitioned to the bed now but awake by 3 am and back to the comfort of the chair. My son in law easily put it together and it is also wider than most recliners. Edited: we had a problem with fed ex delivery and customer service was excellent with us. Everything turned out well but just to let you know customer service was great. (Problem was fed ex said our delivery was on their manifest but the item wasn’t in the truck. There was another truck in our same neighborhood so he thought maybe it was on that truck. I contacted customer service because of the medical reason we HAD to have the chair ASAP. Fed ex came back with the item and we don’t know if he didn’t find it in his truck or what but all ended well.)

I ordered this in Novermber 2024. The arms are difficult to 'click' in place, the chair squeeks as one changes position, and when reclining to the flat position the back can slide off. Otherwise, the chair does heat and vibrate according to settings. I am just now sending in the review because I usually don't complain and because the price was comparably low. However, if I had known the downsides of chair I would have passed on purchasing.

A beautiful chair. I haven't tried the heat yet but I can tell you that the massage feature works great. Very nice leather. I bought the red brown. That is really a beautiful brown. I know some are saying the arms are difficult to install. However, my son didn't have an issue. He slid the rods in shifted the rods thru the natural slide and locked the arms in. It comes in one sizeable box. Not a single tool is required to put together. I had to chuckle though...back to the box. This company has learned the art of packaging their product. Bravo to them. They utilized the space and the boxing perfectly. I love this chair. REALLY LOVE IT. Edit 9/5/25 My beautiful chair has fallen apart just 7 months after purchasing it. The foot rest is dangling down. The massage heads poke me in the back. And the gears underneath pop and grind when using the up or down button. My chair is now so uncomfortable it cannot be used. Word of advice...buy the extended warranty. If you purchase disappoints you by breaking, you will be thankful for your decision to purchase it. My 5 star review is now a two star diappointment.

The chair is attractive and comfy enough. It is quite wide, so if you sit toward one side of the chair, there is enough room to accommodate a small pet. However, there are several annoying design flaws: 1) There are two electrical cords, when one would do. The cords are short, so an extension cord is necessary, unless you locate the chair immediately adjacent to an outlet. Even if you are close to an outlet, the two power blocks cannot both fit into a standard outlet at the same time, so an extension cord or adapter is still necessary. 2) There are two remote controls. With relatively few features, all the necessary buttons could easily fit on one remote. 3) The remotes are corded. It seems like bluetooth would have been an easy upgrade. Also, there is no place to store the remotes. There is a pocket on the side of the chair, but a normal adult cannot reach into that pocket while in a reclined position. I keep the remotes on the seat, which can be annoying, especially when a dog or cat wants to share the space. 4) During assembly, the arm wrests have two smooth metal studs that are supposed to be inserted into slots, and then slid forward to "lock" into place. It's like some sort of IKEA design. However, neither the stud nor the female end are actually designed to lock, so the arm wrests just sit there loose.

Everything works perfectly, but no one can seem to get the arms to lock in place. So, sometime depending if my husband leans on them, they come off. Not cool being that he's disable, so he doesn't really rely on them much. When he's sitting he may relax his arms on them, but using the lift or the chair itself when getting up. He does not touch the arms when getting up out of the chair. Maybe something is not right with the locking mechanism on this chair only. Our grandson is 18 and very strong and he could not get them to lock no matter what.

Very strongly recommended. What a pleasant surprise: excellent customer service, and a great chair. The chair itself is solidly built, features smooth movement, positioning is finely adjustable using intuitive controls, and is quite comfortable. The heat and massage features work well while allowing for a nice range of variability. Clearly illustrated instructions were included. Assembly of the chair was straightforward and took very little time. Customer service went out of their way to ensure I received the chair and any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. And all at a price well below any comparable chair I found.

I guess I didn't look at the ad thoroughly enough, because this chair is made of very slippery, cheap, fake leather and it smells just awful! Seriously, the plastic material is overpowering. The chair is sizable, wider than expected, but you'll need that room as you slide around on the plastic material. Easy to assemble, the functions seem to work well (the motor is quiet, the massage is a bit loud) but realize that there isn't one button to lower the leg rest and the back of the chair at the same time. Two buttons have to be pushed simultaneously. Massage and heat are adequate. The chair does lay pretty flat (and raises enough to slide off the chair and onto your feet) and is comfy enough, but based on the materials I hardly expect this chair to last for too many years. The color of the fake leather is nice. Kind of goes with my real leather sofa. My fault. I accept my purchase oversight and will keep the chair, but BUYER BEWARE.
