I like the design and that it is reversible but different weather temperatures, I don’t like the additional neck support as I feel that it could go behind babies head and cause a bad position like chin to chest. I am glad that you can take that piece out though and continue on. It is firm but comfortable and very functional in keeping baby in place and feeling snug! ... show more

Not compatible with uppababy car seat. Had to buy this bc my baby was premie had to cut the slits all the way to make the straps fit. (Do not recommend doing) had to buy a different one
