We love it, except it broke under its own weight while installing. The bottom of the main post sheared off and broke. My husband was able to find a hardware store fix, but it has never hung straight. And unfortunately I ordered it at the beginning of our project and was outside of their window for help. It is cumbersome to put together and hang, and then to break, and tilt was disheartening. ... show more
