Super soft & comfy pillow, like sleeping on a cloud! If you like expensive down pillows, then this is a great deal. It could be slightly softer, though pillows like that are like $150 or more. Those who have said this pillow is too soft are probably used to regular pillows (not down).

I ended up returning this pillow. Not what I was expecting at all. I am a side sleeper and thought this would be the perfect fit. Ended up fighting with it all night trying to get my neck up off the mattress. It was nice and cool but it certainly lacked support.

These are the softest and heaviest pillows I have been able to find. When I say soft I don't mean they don't have any support but that they are extremely comfortable. I was getting neck aches and head aches with our old pillows and a friend told me about these. No more waking up with neck or head aches! They remind me of the old heavy feather pillows. They're not filled with feathers obviously but very similar in feel. They come vacuum sealed but fluff up very quickly. No weird smells. They are cool while sleeping. ... show more
