However the pump that comes with a fountain seems to be too powerful I've cut it up and down but it just sprays water everywhere. The media could not be loaded. This cute little fountain is exactly what I needed for our covered patio. I didn’t realize it had a light embedded in it but it adds so much to the effect. The motor is quiet so all you hear is the little trickle of water. Very relaxing. An added bonus is that our granddaughter loves to run her fingers in the water and play with the little stones that it came with :). Oh and it’s a lovely shade of blue ... show more

    • Nice, but can't get ball to spin.

At anything other than the lowest setting, the ball spins madly and sprays water about. At the lowest setting the ball does not move. The ball that came with ours may be unevenly weighted. Still, we like it, it is pretty, and the water makes a nice tinkly sound as it falls from level to level.

I like that it is ceramic and not resin or plastic. Makes a neat flickering light pattern on the ceiling with the clear marble rolling on top of the water as it comes out of the top of the fountain. Easy to assemble and a pleasant sound. Only negative if you want to call it that, is the little bag of rocks included. The rocks are monochromatic and not very interesting or pretty, I will be adding my own collection of pretty rocks to this fountain. Will be a nice addition to massage treatment room. ... show more

Large base bowel came with a crack in it. I attempted to seal it however that did not work. I am a 100% disabled veteran and it's not easy to get out let alone traveling to a shipping center to return it. I trew the box and packing out so I no longer have it. I just purchased another different unit which is made of resin. I would like a refund for this. I am going to throw it out if a refund isn't issued.
