It's perfect! Nice and tall and works perfectly. It's really pretty too! Lots of water runs through it so it's not just a little dribble. My son will love it I'm pretty sure.

I really enjoy indoor tabletop water fountains. I have had many, over the years. I find them to be very calming, and mesmerizing. Therefore, when the opportunity presented itself, for me to get this waterfall, I did not hesitate. I really like its design, and looks. I think it looks modern, and very stylish, and would be able to be placed almost anywhere. It has 3 tiers, consisting of 3 levels of water bowls, with an LED light, which presents nicely, in the dark, for a very cool look. Set up was very simple. I put water in the large hole, provided in the back, plugged it in, and that was it. Lastly, the thing that sets this waterfall apart from my others, is the fact that, on the top level, there is a holder, for a small plant. The top of the rope, which is positioned in the water well, sits in the bottom of the cup. This way, as the rope absorbs water, from the well, it provides moisture to the bottom of the plant. However, I still provide a little extra water, the old fashioned way. So far, this has worked well, as my little flower is not dead, after a week, and seems to be flourishing.

The media could not be loaded. I really like the planter on top and I actually put a catnip plant in it right when I got it. The wicking rope took a day or so to get the water to the top section so it works and will hydrate the soil. Then I noticed a spot on my armoire I thought the fountain would look much cooler but there's no sunlight there. So now the catnip and planter is removed and I put some books on it instead. So I had to trade putting it in a sunny spot and using the planter all cool for my catnip, or placing it somewhere more dark and mysterious and not being able to use the planter for something that needs sun. Putting it up higher than eye level like I did also hides the light in the bottom pool and lets you see its flickering on the bottoms of the stone brick cascades. The pump is silent and the sound of it is an excellent gentle rolling flow sound and not a trickle sound which acts as better background noise with less volume spikes from trickle sounds. This makes it good for quiet indoor spaces like a home office where a lapping or splashing fountain might interfere. The power switch on the cord is a nice touch. It'd be nicer if it held a little more water I guess but that's just a size thing. I'm adding 2 cups of water every 2-3 days. An easy 5 stars and a very good value.

Somewhat loud pump, did have water come out when I put too much in, but over all looks nice, will need a plant in the top
