Exactly what I was looking for. Just need to keep the dog from going upstairs where the cats food & litter box is. It’s sturdy and looks nice. The cat can still freely go upstairs, we leave a slight opening he can still get through but “fat” dog can’t or he can jump over it, he finds plenty of ways but my dachshund is old and doesn’t even try to knock it over. If you have a big dog I doubt this would work. ... show more

I actually got these for my front porch. They worked out perfect with the openings on my porch. My little dogs can now hang out with me on the front porch without being on a leash and love it. Just have to bring them inside when not in use since they are not made to endure all weather. But, they are so easy to fold up and tuck away it is not an issue. ... show more

I use mine outside to keep my dogs on the patio. Most people can easily climb over it or you can fold in the panels to walk through. (better for safety). It doesn't hold up real well if it gets wet, as the lamination peels up and the glue holding the spokes doesn't hold up to rain and it will get slightly warped and wobbly. I don't leave it in the pouring rain, but by the time I see its raining, the gate is already wet. I've had to re-glue the spokes a couple times. I don't think its made for outdoor use. It's lightweight enough to move around but sturdy enough to stand up on its own. The hinges seem to be holding up ok. It looks nice. I would buy it again. ... show more

This gate works as expected. I have a medium size dog who respects boundaries so she has never attempted to jump over this gate, which she could easily do. It is low enough that I can easily step over, or just fold or move a little to walk through. I use it to keep my dog out of my office space at home. ... show more

This product came without having any glue, or significant enough glue to keep this together. Unless you have small dogs who are afraid of barriers, save your money and buy something stronger.

The gate just arrived on time. The gate so far seems sturdy enough, will update is any change after some time of use. However, like many others, the gate came covered in mold, some green some was fuzzy and white. Health hazard and for this reason I can only give 2 stars. Packaging was good and was previously unopened. Manufacturer should look at the OVERALL quality of the product they are selling. Also part of the veneer on the top rail was not properly glued down and could break away. I ended up keeping the gate and cleaning and disinfecting, because my puppy has started climbing the stairs and I now need it immediately, although I am not happy with the condition in which it arrived.
