I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and hands. I have been using a larger version of support which has a steel support in it but it is hard to work through-out the day. I decided to try this lighter and less restrictive support. Not only does it allow me to function daily with-out pain, my wrists and hands do not become extremely hot and stiff as they do with the larger version of support. They were cost effective so I bought 2 prepared to return them, if they did not do the job. I am not returning them as I extremely satisfied.
