Ok, so for $35. I wasn’t expecting great quality but I thought I’d take a shot. I knew I’d likely need more weather stripping so for $6 I also bought a small roll of white adhesive weather stripping. The end product is pretty cool. I haven’t seen a bird but this is a window in my closet/office so I’m hoping they’ll find it. Last thing, I also had some reflective film on the window pane and opted to level up so the birds aren’t spooked by me or my cats. The first pic is without the film and the second is with it. With a little creativity this is a good buy. 💯

I was so excited to get this birdfeeder, and it’s been a fun (and chaotic) addition to our living room window. The birds love it. The squirrels love it. Honestly, I bought it for squirrels because I love them. But the birds have been a nice touch to it as well. And, unfortunately… so do the rats. Yes, the rats. So, word of advice: you may need to handle some surprise guests if your local wildlife is a little too enthusiastic about free food. We did have to modify it a bit because it was just slightly too small for our window - we extended the wood pieces on the side to make it work. A little DIY moment, no big deal. My only other complaint is that it takes a bit of effort to make sure everything is sealed properly. There were a few small cracks we had to touch up and it’s still difficult to seal the whole thing properly. Still, it’s been worth it just for the daily bird show .. just maybe not the rodent encore.

Nice idea but a truly terrible build. If you are buying it just know you would need caulk and glue to properly build and secure this thing in the window frame. Please know it’s made of some kind of particle wood so it may not survive the weather. The risk of it falling out and your pets escaping through the open window is very high.

BAIAPEY in Window Bird Feeders...Is the easiest to put together in 10 minutes and the most professionally made, like furniture. Only consider this maker, (I bought another brand that looked like this one and couldn’t get the tongue and groves to fit, gave it to Goodwill for a carpenter to fix.)

Got this for my birthday, been wanting it for years. I have 5 loud kids so I haven't seen any birds yet. I also have tiny windows so the opening is tiny that's also why I don't get a lot of birds.

I really wanted to like this but it simple doesn’t stay installed. The design is flawed, at least for double hung windows. There’s nothing to prevent it from sliding in your house or out to the world. Friction fit from top to bottom just won’t work. **UPDATE*** Mfg contacted me after the return window closed (no pun intended) and made it right, so you can trust the MFG. Good on them.
