Ok, so for $35. I wasn’t expecting great quality but I thought I’d take a shot. I knew I’d likely need more weather stripping so for $6 I also bought a small roll of white adhesive weather stripping. The end product is pretty cool. I haven’t seen a bird but this is a window in my closet/office so I’m hoping they’ll find it. Last thing, I also had some reflective film on the window pane and opted to level up so the birds aren’t spooked by me or my cats. The first pic is without the film and the second is with it. With a little creativity this is a good buy. 💯

Would like to give this five stars. However; it has three flaws: 1. The plastic needs to be stronger/thicker. 2. The weather stripping is a bit flimsy. 3. A latch needs to be added to the top where the seed is pored through, as it will pop out with frisky kitties who enjoy sitting on top, thus making it very easy for birds or squirrels to enter into the home or a kitten to escape. I secured it with heavy duty tape. With that said, my cats thoroughly enjoy their new “nature tv” and I get a kick out of watching them interact with the wildlife.

BAIAPEY in Window Bird Feeders...Is the easiest to put together in 10 minutes and the most professionally made, like furniture. Only consider this maker, (I bought another brand that looked like this one and couldn’t get the tongue and groves to fit, gave it to Goodwill for a carpenter to fix.)

The media could not be loaded. It's really cool. Could use several improvements. First, it is made out of coated wood veneer and is not going to hold up to the elements over time. It also will not hold up to normal wear and tear of the birds being in there. I would much rather have had it be of a lighter weight, thick resin or plastic. Also, there is a gap between where the edging on the clear plastic is supposed to meet the wood backing so bird seed comes in the house from them flopping around in the feeder and spraying seed around. I'm sure they're going to get more used to it and realize it's safe for them to come in over time. So far only the doves are using it. Finally, it works for the size window I have which is 30 in or so, but the way that it's set up in a window that's not as wide, the opening to the feeder ends up being more narrow. I wish that it came with two different sizes of board so that you could choose which one to use in the smaller window. Or if they just offered two different sizes for sale. Those are just some improvements but it is really a delight to see the birds come inside your house. And the cat loves it!

My dad absolutely loves this. He says its pretty easy to clean and to fill. He loves watching the birds so close up. He tells everbody where he lives about it and I think a couple people have bought one of there own.

The wood pieces are pretty good quality, the plastic window could be a little better quality, and the assembly could be tricky for some, but I must say this is by far the coolest thing I've ever purchased. Holds up well with a variety of animals eating from it. I would suggest purchasing window air conditioning foam to put in place of the foam that's provided. We have kept it up through the winter and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the animals feeding from it, my cats and dogs have especially enjoyed it.
