  • This measures 95 14 x 95 14 at the top of the valance and 97 x 97 at the bottom of the valance because of the slant leg frame it fits - please measure your frame or existing top before ordering to ensure fit. The top is made to fit snug. This top fits several different brand frames but is not guaranteed to fit all slant leg frames
  • Top is made with 210 denier polyester - water-resistant - CPAI-84 fire rating - silver coated underneath

This canopy was a perfect replacement for out Quest 10 x 10 popup canopy with slanted legs. Can't comment on longevity as I just received it and put it up. It has the necessary velcro attachments in the corners and sides to keep it in place. A good fit.

After reading many reviews, I ordered this to replace my shredded Ozark Trail 10 X 10 canopy top. It does fit really well and is easy to install. It's a little baggy, but looks great. The material is a bit thicker than the original, but I expected it to be even thicker, since it cost as much as I paid for the whole canopy at Walmart. One thing I recommend. The velcro attachments for the top to the side supports are only secured to the canopy top by tiny little patches. We had a minor wind, maybe 8-10 MPH, and the patches started to tear away from the canopy top material. Just little pin prick holes, but it's the start of damage to come. So I suggest not fastening them to the frame support arms. The corner velcro connections are long enough to secure the top, and when the wind blows not having the sides secured doesn't matter. ... show more

I bought this replacement cover last fall and finally put it on the frame only a couple of weeks ago. After the first rain I learned that the trap did not have any water repellent applied to it. I might as well be sitting in the rain instead of under it because it has the same effect. On a positive note it does fit the frame perfectly, but what's the point if it just lets the water drip rip through. ... show more

bought this top as a replacement for: Impact Canopy 040000003 Slant Leg Canopy, 10' x 10', Blue-No Sidewall does the job, but: 1. Baggy fit, compared to the top that came with the full kit 2. No hook-side velcro to support the loop-side stitched to the inside corners of the top. I had some leftover hook-side velcro, but it didn't cling to the loop-side stuff on the top. You'll have to come up with a solution for this We haven't beat up our existing canopy, but maybe the frame has shifted causing the loose fit on the replacement top(?). I don't know. ... show more
