I was surprised with how good it tastes! I just use 8 fl oz of water. I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter one. It dissolves really easily, after about 30 seconds of shaking, and isn't clumpy at all. I've had a lot of pre-made protein drinks, and they are usually pretty nasty, making them hard to finish. This one, I wish I could drink more of each time. One time they accidentally sent me the Double Chocolate flavor, and I couldn't drink that one when mixed with water. It tastes pretty terrible. If you mix that one with milk and peanut butter or banana, then it will taste good. ... show more

I am on my second container now and I really like the taste. I'm needing to up my daily protein intake and I love milk so this is a good choice for me. I also do not like very sweet items so I choose the chocolate/peanut butter variety and I do like it. I would really like to try the chocolate/coconut as well as the chocolate/mint but for whatever reason the two only come in the 5 lb containers which are expensive and I want to try them in a smaller size to make sure I like them. I looked over reviews and different athletes discussing how this is a good choice for everyday consumption. I agree it is a good choice and will purchase more in the future. ... show more
