Make sure your circuit can handle this high wattage, only use with GFI socket and do not leave unattended. Heats 3 gallon bucket in 30 minutes but I consider this a high fire risk if no careful.

It may be nudging upwards towards 80 degrees during the day, but the water is still pretty chilly in early spring in North Texas. I ordered this to use for heating water in the winter for my horses. They love having warm water in their grain and a nice warm buckets of water for overnight. This heated the water quickly and I have no complaints. I'll probably be ordering another so I can do 2 buckets at once.

I got this to heat up my fish water quickly when putting in new water into my tanks. This heater works very well. Seriously within about 30 seconds to a minute the water got to the temp I wanted it at. This is very easy to use. There is also a temp gauge that comes with it. I actually use the temp gauge to make sure my tank water is where I need it (I do have other temp gauges, but this one works super quick and is super easy to use).     • Great for emergencies and for heating standing water.
I spend a lot of time outside with my kids and dogs and being able to have a way to heat water outdoors has made the time much more enjoyable. I use this on the morning to heat up the kids little pool and I also heat up a couple buckets of water for rinsing off and for bathing dogs.
