The buttons are small and the words are hard to read. Returned the first one because audio kept stopping until radio was unplugged. The second came with a piece of paper that stated that was normal. Turn radio on once a week, and it shouldn't be a problem. For the most part, that's true. The buttons are small and the print is really too light to read easily. Like most people say the buttons are almost impossible to read. You need to keep the instructions that tell you what each button is for or have a good memory.

This has a higher rating than I think it should. Sound quality is very thin, lacks any bass. The lowest volume setting sometimes is not low enough. Buttons are hard to see and undertstand. Remote doesn't make it any easier. The worst part is that it just randomly stops playing anything - no audio at all. Sure, the "fix" is to unplug and replug the unit. What? Why is this acceptable? After this, the bluetooth no longer connects to the phone (you have to find it again on your phone), and really, in this day and age, why do I have to "hard reset" the radio to get it to do the most basic thing - play music? I'm going to be returning this unit and finding something better. What works? pulls in lots of stations. easy to mount. has a CD player, bluetooth, aux in, and FM. It's a shame I wanted to like it but having to unplug it is a killer for me. ... show more

This radio fits well under our counter. The sound isn’t awesome, but it is fine for the price. The template was a little tricky because it was larger than our cupboards. The one thing for me, I wish the volume got a little quieter. Our other one had a dial and could be turned down very low.

Firstly the remote is too small and the buttons blend into the background color making them hard to see. ( should be black words on white background or white words on black background) I like the blue tooth feature, easiness to install and its clarity.
