I honestly wasn’t sure how well these were going to work, but they’re surprisingly handy to have around if you keep chickens. They fit securely without being overly restrictive, and once we got them positioned correctly, they stayed on better than I expected. These are especially useful when you have a bird with a foot issue and need to keep the area cleaner and protected while it heals. They’re definitely one of those weird little chicken supplies you don’t think you need until suddenly you do. There is a little bit of a learning curve getting them on a chicken who has absolutely no interest in wearing shoes 😂, but overall I’m glad I added them to our poultry supplies. ... show more

I love these so much!! I kept seeing them on Facebook from a sponsored site of the brand. They have all sizes sold out except for size 11, plus they are more expensive on their main website. Lol. This is a real bargain here. They are true to size. I use them to tend to my chickens. These are very easy to get on and off, which was my biggest goal. As long as you aren't treading in deep mud, your feet will stay dry. The shoe portion of this boot is definitely water proof. The higher up boot is fabric, but it has still been good for me. I haven't worn them in rain. I do wear them when I'm squirting out my chickens waterers daily with high pressure, and water goes absolutely everywhere, but my feet and ankles, calves have stayed completely dry thus far.     • Comfortable boots, but wrong pair sent

This is my third pair of Muck Boots. I find them to be comfortable yard work boots that also keep my feel dry. I have taller Mucks that are great in cooler weather when I'm wearing long pants, but the tall boots cut into my shins when I wear them with shorts in the warm months, but I still want to keep my feet dry from mud. These lower Mucksters are great for lighter duty outdoor jobs in the mud and muck. I wear them in the garden and for yard work in the warmer months with shorts, and they are very comfortable for several hours at a time. I like that I can roll them down for an even lower boot (if desired), and they do not rub or irritate my shins like the tall boots. I ordered the boots labeled "Brown." In the photo they are tan with plaid lining, but I received the brown boots with chickens on them. Wrong pair sent, but they are cute and comfortable and I don't mind the chicken print, so I'm going to keep them. ... show more
