Bidet has good water pressure. Startup time of the water flow is good, as is shutoff. Wish the back & forth of the massage was better. The nightlight is very subdued. It’s part of the knob you can see on the right side. I’ve had other units that illuminate the water and they are almost too strong. Probably one of the easiest I’ve ever installed. They give you a cardboard cutout template of the layout and it makes placement super easy. I’ve never been a big fan of the dryer function on any unit so no comment.

I was originally planning to buy a Toto bidet since it’s such a well-known brand, but I found this one for nearly half the price and decided to give it a try. Honestly, I went in with pretty low expectations — but wow, was I wrong! Installation was incredibly easy. My husband had it fully set up in just 15 minutes, no professional help needed. The fit on our standard elongated toilet is perfect, and adjusting it for the right alignment was simple. Just make sure you measure your toilet before buying. The features are excellent: rear and front wash options, adjustable water temperature, heated seat (which I thought was a luxury I didn’t need — but now I never want to sit on a cold toilet again, especially during winter!), and a user-friendly remote that’s super responsive. It’s honestly a great investment!

Just received the iliD Smart Bidet Toilet Seat and installed it. I have been looking to replace my USPA seat which has been failing for some time. This seat had just what I needed. The following are my experience points on my installation and use experience: 1. It was very easy to install, albeit since I was replacing a previous bidet all the plumbing connections were in place and they all fit with what came with the seat. Took me somewhere between 30-45 minutes. 2. The water stream is plenty powerful. For some it may be too strong, but the solution to use the front spray selection. 3. So far it is working very well, but it is only been less that 24 hours. I may do a follow up later next year. 4. It appears to be well built and feels pretty sturdy. 5. I like that you can control it with both the remote and the side dial. 6. It is clear from the instructions that whoever reviewed them did not have a strong command of the English language. Sentences tended to be worded oddly along with sentence structure. I was able to navigate through them well enough to install the seat, but I did have to read and re-read them a bit to ensure I really understood what they were saying. 7. Seat is comfortable. 8. Some have commented on the night light placement. Yes, it is an issue. It really should light up the bowl. It's placement appears to be more a "oops we forgot the nightlight, let's put it on the knob", poor location. Probably my biggest complaint. 9. The parts bag was broken open, but all the needed parts were in the bag and the seat clearly had not been used, installed, or removed from the box. It did make me a bit concerned though. 10. Big plus, it appears Kuli Appliance has reached out to offer support, a free water filter, and listen to issues, but I believe they are using an anonymizer email application as the email address appeared suspicious. I did not respond to the email. I went through Amazon to respond. So if this was really them...kudos to you. They are sincere about their customer service. Change your email address though so it doesn't go to spam. 11. For what you get you can't beat the price. I did a lot of research. Several other manufacturers charge a boatload more for a seat with similar capability. In summary I still am giving it 5 stars. Price competitive, easy installation, works well, and comfortable. From my perspective all these other things are just nits that could be easily resolved should they build a next model. Update: After using this bidet for the last few weeks I have to say this is the best bidet we have ever used. Solid mounting, solid performance, great price for what you get when compared to the competition.

I’m not very handy, so I was worried about installation—especially after reading a few reviews that mentioned problems with the T-valve. Thankfully, the unit I received came with a well-machined T-valve that fit perfectly with my 1/2" U.S. standard connections. No fiddling, no extra trips to the hardware store, and most importantly, no leaks! The instructions were beginner-friendly, and they even included helpful diagrams and clear warnings about what not to overtighten. From unboxing to testing, the entire process took under 30 minutes. I really appreciated the attention to detail—like the pre-installed washers and labeled parts. It made the whole experience much less stressful and gave me confidence that the company takes user experience seriously.

Bought 2 of these. Connecting water attachment to the toilet fill valve leaked like a sieve. Tried different rubber washers, bought another toilet fill valve and had same issues. Bought another toilet fill valve with BRASS threads and it came together like a champ. Before installing 2nd one, I bought another brass threaded one and it worked 1st try. Bidet seat can be hot, especially on high--toasted buns. Getting nozzle positioned took some adjustments. Wish the night light was dimmable, I put a thick rubber band around it and dimmed it to suit. Cut toilet paper usage almost in half. Overall great product if you get brass fill valve to start install.

We’ve had this unit installed for few days now, and it gets daily use by a family of four. So far? Flawless. The build quality is way better than the plastic-heavy models we’ve tried in the past. The nozzle is stainless steel and hasn’t shown a single sign of wear or clogging. The seat heats evenly, the lid closes smoothly, and the control panel hasn’t lagged or glitched. It feels like they actually thought about long-term use when designing this model. Compared to our older, cheaper bidet, this one feels like a premium appliance you can rely on every day. A truly worthwhile investment！

This high-quality seat really fits my toilet. Installing this electronic toilet seat was surprisingly simple, thanks to that clever toilet lid-shaped board – it lined up perfectly! The different temperature and pressure settings for both washing and drying are fantastic and customizable. I also really appreciate the seat warming sensor, especially on chilly mornings. And finally, no more slamming lids! The slow-closing feature is a small detail that makes a big difference. This has truly been a life-changing upgrade to my bathroom!
