Honestly, I went in with pretty low expectations — but wow, was I wrong! Installation was incredibly easy. My husband had it fully set up in just 15 minutes, no professional help needed. The fit on our standard elongated toilet is perfect, and adjusting it for the right alignment was simple. Just make sure you measure your toilet before buying. The features are excellent: rear and front wash options, adjustable water temperature, heated seat (which I thought was a luxury I didn’t need — but now I never want to sit on a cold toilet again, especially during winter!), and a user-friendly remote that’s super responsive. I wanted to install a smart bidet in our guest bathroom but didn’t want to break the bank to get another Toto like the one in our master bathroom. This smart bidet was a pleasant surprise. Installation took less than 30 minutes with no plumbing experience—everything needed was in the box (except for a plumber wrench). It fits well and feels solid. Feature-wise, it hits all the marks: warm water, heated seat, adjustable spray, and a decent dryer. It’s not quite Toto-level luxury (Toto studies usage pattern to optimize the eco mode), but for a fraction of the price, it comes impressively close. If you want the smart bidet experience without spending $500+, this is a no-brainer.

Easy to install, all parts needed come with it. Pro tip: connect T adapter to toilet so you don't need to purchase hose adapters. Bidet works great easy to use. Many others have reviews that say dryer is worthless, this one works well in my opinion and heat settings will warm and dry you. Seat warmer is nice option as well. This one costs less than most, you aren't giving up much, if you don't need auto flush and auto seat closure, this one gets it done. Remote is easy to mount and use, some functions can be done without it, if needed. This is our first one, very happy with the choice.

This is the ONLY Bidet seat I've seen with an illuminated knob. It is BRILLIANT: turn it one way for rear, other way for front cleaning, push it once to stop, and if you want to dry, push the button again to start or stop the dryer. You aren't trying to see this side control panel in the dark, or fumble with a remote. Now, this DOES have a remote, which makes it easy to vary the settings. I only gave this a 4 because I find the water flow is relatively weak compared to other bidets, but it really is an ergonomic triumph.

Just received the iliD Smart Bidet Toilet Seat and installed it. I have been looking to replace my USPA seat which has been failing for some time. This seat had just what I needed. The following are my experience points on my installation and use experience: 1. It was very easy to install, albeit since I was replacing a previous bidet all the plumbing connections were in place and they all fit with what came with the seat. Took me somewhere between 30-45 minutes. 2. The water stream is plenty powerful. For some it may be too strong, but the solution to use the front spray selection. 3. So far it is working very well, but it is only been less that 24 hours. I may do a follow up later next year. 4. It appears to be well built and feels pretty sturdy. 5. I like that you can control it with both the remote and the side dial. 6. It is clear from the instructions that whoever reviewed them did not have a strong command of the English language. Sentences tended to be worded oddly along with sentence structure. I was able to navigate through them well enough to install the seat, but I did have to read and re-read them a bit to ensure I really understood what they were saying. 7. Seat is comfortable. 8. Some have commented on the night light placement. Yes, it is an issue. It really should light up the bowl. It's placement appears to be more a "oops we forgot the nightlight, let's put it on the knob", poor location. Probably my biggest complaint. 9. The parts bag was broken open, but all the needed parts were in the bag and the seat clearly had not been used, installed, or removed from the box. It did make me a bit concerned though. 10. Big plus, it appears Kuli Appliance has reached out to offer support, a free water filter, and listen to issues, but I believe they are using an anonymizer email application as the email address appeared suspicious. I did not respond to the email. I went through Amazon to respond. So if this was really them...kudos to you. They are sincere about their customer service. Change your email address though so it doesn't go to spam. 11. For what you get you can't beat the price. I did a lot of research. Several other manufacturers charge a boatload more for a seat with similar capability. In summary I still am giving it 5 stars. Price competitive, easy installation, works well, and comfortable. From my perspective all these other things are just nits that could be easily resolved should they build a next model. Update: After using this bidet for the last few weeks I have to say this is the best bidet we have ever used. Solid mounting, solid performance, great price for what you get when compared to the competition.
