I've used this product for over 2 months with near 24-hours of indoor use each day with no issues. I use one in the lamp of my bedroom and another in my daughter's bedroom. -The Bulb ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The bulb features a full plastic exterior so it won't shatter if dropped. The bulb is longer than most bulbs. About 125mm or just under 5in end-to-end. It dissipates heat well and has never gotten too hot to handle even after prolonged use. The bulb also remembers its last setting and can save 2 custom colors after turning off and back on. These are saved to the bulb, so if you use multiple bulbs in one room and wanted to, you could set different colors in slot 1 for each bulb. I've not used this product outdoors, but I don't see any issues (other than potentially the length) of using it in outdoor light fixtures. -The Remote ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One remote can control any/all of the bulbs. The remote uses IR to control the bulbs. This means the remote has to "see" the bulb in order for it to work, however, I found it to be very impressive. I used two lamps on opposite sides of my room and was able to operate both simultaneously. I actually found it difficult to control only one bulb at a time (though that could've been done easily by removing power to one bulb). The remote is slim with easy-to-press membrane buttons, after the month of use, I noticed bubbles in the plastic on my remote and it beginning to show signs of wear. Upon closer inspection, I realized this was a removable plastic protector film and removed it. I've had no other issues with the remote. -Brightness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For any single color (including using the white) there are 5 brightness settings. These range from a dim glow perfect for night light all the way up to being enough light to get around in the entire room at night (Yes, even with solid red). The cool-white light comes from a white LED (instead of blending red, green, and blue) and is notably brighter than the colors. It's plenty of light to fill room with it being the only light source. It's advertised as 70W equivalent, and I am inclined to believe that. -The Colors (Single Color Mode) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is probably the most interesting part of the bulb! The product advertise 120 colors, I haven't counted, but I am sure it's true. You can adjust color by pressing a starting color on the color wheel, then press and hold and adjacent color. As you hold an adjacent color, the color slowly shifts the color and you release when it is at the color you want. You can save two custom colors by pressing one of the custom-color buttons then adjusting the color as previously described (A red single heart for slot 1, and one black and one red heart for slot 2). If you want to set the bulb to a custom color that you don't want to save, make sure to press red, green, or blue (fire, leaves, and water symbols respectively) first before going to the color wheel or it will over-write your saved custom color. -Color Flash Mode ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can customize the colors and pattern of the flash mode. You can use 2 custom colors in addition to Red, Green, and Blue (no white), and set up to 10 colors in your sequence of colors to flash (You can reuse colors). When you use flash mode, it uses whatever brightness setting your bulb was set to before. While flash mode is activated, the brightness buttons are used to adjust the delay between switching colors. There are 4 discrete time delays, pressing the lower-brightness button makes it slower to switch to the next color, higher-brightness makes it go faster. -Color Smooth-Cycle Mode ⭐⭐⭐ This is the only category to receive 3 stars. It's the mode I use the most, and it's fine for me, but when compared to the flash mode, it definitely falls short. There is no way to adjust the brightness for this setting. No matter what the brightness is set to prior, the brightness sets to max for this setting. There is also no way to adjust the speed of the color changes. All that being said, this mode works as expected the speed and brightness are perfect for me, but there is no customization for it. -Conclusion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best LED bulb I've used, and I would definitely recommend these for use in lamps. It's the first bulb I've used with the amount of color-customization. Both my daughter and I love this product!

These bulbs remind me of something I would’ve begged my parents for in the late 90s or Y2K era: fun, colorful, and just plain cool. Our whole household has had the best time with them. The remotes are super easy to use and the colors are bright and vibrant. They are great quality. The only downside for me is that I have other light fixtures that are a different brand, and this remote randomly controls those too. I’ll press a button besides on, and suddenly my other lights come on. When I press the on button, it cuts them off. But honestly, I still love these bulbs enough that it doesn’t bother me much. One of my favorite features is the timer. I set it for 1 hour when I leave the room for the night, so I’m not walking away in total darkness. Overall, they’re just a fun way to brighten up your space.
