This machine is very easy to set up and does the job. However, the water tank slowly (but consistently) leaks so I have to empty out after each use otherwise my counter will be wet. This happened with the first machine I received; I returned it to Amazon and was disappointed when the replacement did the same thing. I honestly don’t have the patience to return it again and look for another product in my price range that does as good of a job with the actual espresso so I’m just going to suck it up and empty out the leftover water after each use. But I definitely wouldn’t buy again. EDIT: Although the machine leaks, I immediately was contacted by the company’s customer service to help fix the issue. The media could not be loaded. I have only had this machine for a few days, and I will update my review if I need to, but so far, I am impressed. This is my third at home machine, and very far the cheapest. I had some DeLonghi kinds in years past that had less bar pressure and also didn’t work very well for milk frothing. It can feel a little cheap, but where matters, it feels sturdy. For example, the portafilter, which is 51 mm, is very heavy duty. Also, I’ve had these kinds of machines and it’s just better to pour water into the tank using a different pitcher. This helps take stress off of the rubber gasket when you pull the tank on and off, FYI. I’ve already bought a tamper and a little mat, and I’m experimenting with with the length of the pull and the coarseness of my beans because I have a nice burr grinder as well. I haven’t tried messing with the amount of time it pulls the shot yet, but I imagine it will let me. If I can’t, I’m going to come back and update my review. With any at home machine, there is a learning curve. But once you get there, you can create really high-quality drinks if you have the right grinder and coffee beans to go alongside it. ... show more

Easy to use, and I really like the detailed and helpful instructions. It's friendly to the new user who don't know how to make a cup of coffee. It doesn't need large space that's why I like it. This is my first coffee, although it seems to be a failure, lol anyway I am enjoying it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my husband and this becomes his new toy. It can make espresso in seconds and cannot tell a difference from Starbucks. Keurig machine has been abandoned. Lol
