The assembly was a little challenging but quite enjoyable. My Wife and I made a party out of it, taking several breaks for refreshments and to admire our progress. After spending a career in metal fabrication, I can attest to the engineering of the Fire Pit being absolutely fantastic. The function of the Fire Pit is unparalleled as well. The shape and construction of the Pit is perfect for providing for a robust fire, excellent heat radiation, and stunning visual appeal. The 360 degree view of the entire fire is hard to look away from! You'll be tempted to sit around it with friends, even in weather too warm to fully appreciate a fire. The media could not be loaded. I love this thing! A bit more complex to build than typical because it's large sized and really we'll-made. Very handsome looking thing on patio, deck, etc. It attracted comments and compliments from guests, what are those things that you'll be proud to own! The removable grilling tray is "easy in - easy out" for cleaning. I use a metal screen made for grilling to go easy on the grilling tray itself. We've enjoyed all sorts of summer grilling fare with this, holds all we need to feed the troops, and cleans up beautifully. This autumn-winter, I plan to stock some logs and make a raging fire in this fireplace, leaves falling, chill in the air, warmed by this round fireplace with colored flames in the globe providing some sage and welcome ambience for the holidays. It's very well made, doesn't rattle or squeak. Do lube the joints - moving parts with a bit of WD40 to avoid rust and keep the lid moving well. Price is great on Amazon and don't be out-off by putting it together. It's all worth an hour of building to cook in nice weather and warm you in the chill air. Highly recommended!

The fire pit is sturdy, and looks great. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like it's going to be fun. Everything works well, however if you do what I did, you are in for an ordeal. There are lots of parts and the directions for the spatialy challenged are impossible to decipher. Be sure to watch the set up video. It gets easier if you pay attention, although a few steps are taken for granted by the man on the video--again, some of this is easy, but everything should be explained for those of us in the hopeless column.I would recommend that you call a friend to help you. Also, it takes about 4 hours to fully assemble the fire pit. There is no cover for it--I thought there was one included.

We purchased this fire pit globe to have a different look to our fires. This gives us a better sense of the fire, so pets can't get directly into it when closing the grate. Very sturdy build, just the right size. It was awkward to carry for 1 person, but 2 of us moved it into place with no problem. It has sat through rain and light snow. Rust resistant so far. Extra coupon applied gave us a great price. Watching video on assembly gave us good tips. Enjoy.

Outstanding. A little tricky to assemble but the video helps. Value and lightweight makes watching the flames incredible. The screen around keeps the ash minimal. The media could not be loaded. I’m loving this fire pit!! Not only is it absolutely beautiful when lit but you can feel more of the warmth from your fire because of the way it’s built on the bottom. The screen prevents hot ambers from popping out and accidentally burning you so you can sit closer to your fire. The instructions are a bit difficult to understand, so I highly highly recommend hand, tightening the screws before you commit to it and tighten them all down the first time because you may have to move the screws. The instructions say it’s a 2 person job to put it together but I put mine together by myself and I’m a female! LoL I highly recommend this fire pit. I looked at several and this one by far was my favorite. Oh, it also comes with the grill for cooking too.
