I am very happy with this coat. It is very warm and ideal for the Idaho winter. This meets my expectations based on my research and reading of customer reviews. The sizing is accurate. I like the quality of the material and mfg and the attractive appearance. Also liked the length, longer than a knee-length car coat. I did notice the brought-up minimal issue of the zipper; it was a bit confusing at first but resolved pronto by unattaching at the bottom. (I just use the snaps ordinarily but would use a zipper if it is very windy and blustery.) Hood is very protective. Excellent value for the price.

Bought this coat a week before my December nyc trip. I wore this coat every time I left my hotel and it worked wonders. I was always warm, phone was always safely zipped in my coat pocket when I was zigging through crowds, and I looked pretty put together in this coat. I am 5’8, about 180lbs, and I got a L. It was nice and spacious & I wore thick sweaters under it comfortably. It is quite long, went past my knees but this only made it warmer. No issues with quality (zippers were fine and no loose threads detected). Would highly recommend this coat.

FIT : I AM 5'-1" w/short legs .This fits like a maxi coat. Comes down to LOWER calf . But to NOT down to ankle Weight :155 :Waiste = 38.5 Hip appx 42 The large did fit...BUT would not have enough room for some of my thicker pull over sweaters. Or allow for layering. Although this coat is warm enough that it may not need much layering ZIPPER : Yes it can be a bit tricky to get started. But that might be due to the longer length of the coat. It did seem well made. & sturdy. The flap covered snaps are a big plus, not offered on other styles. Zips up ftom the bottom too. A must have for long straight coats WARM enough sitting outside in 35° for 30 ish min that it did not need an extra layer.. Plus covered my rear end and knees while sitting...( Remember I am short) That could be a big plus IF you sit outside for bus stops or football game. HOOD : main reson I took off 1 star. & for returning. It is just way too deep . When I pulled it up my face was literly in a tunnel. ( Blocking any side views/ peripheral vision. ) Plus the hood CAN'T zip off. HOWEVER it does provide a really exceptional coverage to the neck if the hood is left down. Also has an exyra coversge for chin & mouth area BOTTOM LINE : JUST Keep in mind that the SIZE of the cost is affected by the straight slim hour glass style. Which is very flattering, & slimming, BUT IF IN DOUBT either go 1 size up OR oder 2 sizes & return 1. OVERALL this is a lighter in weight but super warm and comfortable. Awsome extra warm zipped pockets. Cozy lining from shoulder to thighs. A decent value for the money , due to ADDED feaures like flap to covered zipper plus snaps and extra warmth. Great coat, deep warm pockets,easy to walk with this coat on, Zipper opens both on top and bottom (great when running up stairs). This coat gives off a nice figure as well, not the regular blocky coats. Great price does the job :)

The length is perfect. The double zipper - fantastic! The high collar is amazing. The most stand out thing - how warm it keeps you! Clearly I wear this jacket when it is cold and I walk to my son's school but when I'm about halfway there, I am extremely warm and quickly regretting being zipped all up. I really wish I had gotten this jacket years ago!

I LOVE this coat! It’s so warm. I’m 5’10” 175 pounds and I love how this goes to my knees. It is wind resistant and functional as it has a bottom zipper as well so when I get in my car it unzips nicely instead of ripping the zipper. Sometimes I also just button it. The hood is huge and I love it. Fits great and I’ve gotten many compliments on style. I got a size L.

Updare: LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COAT now that I've been wearing it in the recent freezing weather and snow storms. (note though: By their size chart medium would fit me perfectly but it was too tight. I ended up with a Large. But 5stars because it's a great coat once you get the size that fits you) So I really like the coat. Review title says it all. The hood and especially the extended coat at the top creating a neck piece that wraps in front of your neck makes this coat sooo warm and cozy and face protective. The full length zipper makes you feel wonderfully "cocooned" in your coat. Like I said, LOVE this coat!!

I unfortunately only had this coat for a couple days. I backed up into a heater and it caught on fire. Luckily I wasn’t burned but the coat was destroyed. It’s very warm, the pockets are deep and I liked the removable hood. I would buy it again but waiting for the sale price. I’m 5’8 160 and a large fit great with room for layering under. The zipper is a bit sticky but not bad. I love how it cinches at the waist too.
