This sofa is amazing. It’s extremely comfortable. The fabric is soft to the touch, but also sturdy. I was looking for the kind of sofa I could sink into and read a book and this is it!! We got the sofa with 2 ottomans. It’s a long sofa, but it takes up less space than our short former sofa. It has a low profile. So it fits nicely in smaller spaces. This was also easy to assemble. It came in separate shipments. The first to arrive was a loveseat. But there were no arms in that box. 2 days later 2 boxes arrived. 1 box was just the 2 armrests. The other was 1 additional seat for the sofa. Then the next day the final 2 boxes arrived. In each box was an ottoman. Total assembly for all the pieces took me a little over an hour. Really easy and intuitive. I barely looked at the instructions. This was, by far, the best furniture purchase I’ve ever made without seeing/feeling in person. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful grey! The texture is so soft and the cushions are firm enough for us. It sits a big low but you could easily switch out the legs. We bought this for our kids living room and it was a great choice. The only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is because we ordered the 4 seater with 2 ottoman’s and we were missing 2 screws. We had other screws at home so that worked out. Pretty easy to setup.

Couch is very soft and comfortable. The fabric is very soft and not itchy. The cushion covers are removable and washable. Love the color. It’s a creamy color not beige. Great size. Can fit 5 to 6 people. Easy to assemble with 2 people. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this cloud couch to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. This communication is absolutely ridiculous. The couch came damaged and as I've communicated i can't seem to get thru ti anyone. Not to mention, the couch sits low and has a small backside. I guess you get what you get with a $1000 purchase. The confirm level is ok. You can tell the couch is cheap and should be half the price. Im going to request a refund. Sad thing is, stupid couch is put together

The media could not be loaded. I could not be more thrilled or satisfied with this purchase. For background, I spent months researching couches online. I also went and visited furniture stores, and this is by far the best quality for the price option I have seen. The couch itself is beautiful, the material is so soft and so comfortable. It was a breeze to assemble, took at most maybe an hour. The side arms for the couch did arrive separately the next day, but we were able to assemble the whole thing without them and just wait for their arrival. It actually came earlier than the expected date. No issues with assembly whatsoever. I did order the white, so there have been a few spills and so far they have been so easy to clean. Also, definitely note that every piece is machine washable, which is incredible. I live in a teeny tiny home(for reference, less than 500sqft), and even though this couch is actually very large, it completely transformed and elevated the look of our home. There are four of us in our family and we all fit on this couch with enough room and space to sit very comfortably. I cannot say enough about this purchase and will definitely be ordering the sectional once we move into a larger home.

Great couch for the price point. We have received several compliments thinking that this was from Crate and Barrel, west elm etc. It’s very comfortable, easy to assemble and quite sturdy from initial use. It arrived in three boxes and instructions were quite easy to follow.
