had to setup the temp reading from C* to F* but thats the only thing that upset me about the unit but the heat is on point for being evenly distributed, pressure is easy to adjust, the cushion and silicon mats work but looks like they wont hold up to heavy work loads, might have to replace them to better quality mats

This is a horrible press. I was so excited to get it and the first time I used it I pressed a shirt with a dtf , lifted the shirt and the print fell to the floor. I think the top of the press gets hotter than the actual heat plate , it’s very easy to burn yourself. Instructions were in very bad English and not for the specific press they sent me. I’ve had this for 2 months, tried adjusting the heat , time, pressure and the prints will not stick on the shirts. Ive been unable to get a response from the seller for a replacement or a refund. Now I have a $300 piece of junk I wasted money on. My $150 2x15 swivel press has saved the my business.

This press is great and easy to use, got the larger size to press shirts one day. So far I have only pressed a large number of earrings and tags and they have all turned out great minus user error when I first started using it. The only down side is the smell, you definitely know when I've been pressing so make sure to have good ventilation. From my understanding the smell is pretty universal with the presses.

I LOVE IT... AFTER READING THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I WAS HESITANT.... BUT I AM COMPLETLY SATISFIED.... JUST HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE FROM C-F. MADE IT VERY EASY TO WORK WITH LARGER SHIRTS... I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE.

I usually don't write reviews. First let me start off by saying I purchase it in March, but didn't use it until today 4/1/2025. The temperature wouldn't set. Numbers would not change, only the time number. It was a nightmare. I guess I just lost my money. I had to buy another one from another company. PLEASE don't buy. And there is noway to get help about this product.
