I ordered this modular coach due to i remodeled my basement and wanted furniture for a family room. I was not able to get a traditional coach or loveseat in the basement due to i wasn't able to get it through the door with the the cornered immediately turns into the space, so I decided to go with a modular coach and I am soglad i did. I was really nervous about purchasing online, but looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance. I received 12 boxes in total and the delivery of the coaches was way faster then expected it came in like 5 days. It came in 2 separate shipment. The 1st 7 boxes came and the 2 days later the other 5 boxes came. I am a woman in my 50's and was able to get each box in the house and down to the basement alone. The instructions were easy to follow, but it is important to make sure to read them and follow them. Each box contains 1 seat or ottoman with everything needed to put that seat or ottoman together. All the parts were there, it was packed really well I had not scratches or broken parts. The coach was easy to put together. love love this sofa sectional. Wasn’t hard to build but you would need a second person for art strength. It’s firm, comfy, cozy great for small kids who makes messes easy to clean . It came in 2 separate deliveries which was fine because it’s quite a few boxes in unbox. Great for my living space . The media could not be loaded. This couch is just what we needed. Its a 4 star simply bc it's a little harder than expected. But it has storage and its sturdy. My husband put it together overnight and it can be rearranged multiple ways.
