I have only used it once, so I will update if anything changes, but I freaking love this product. When I saw how expensive similar products were *cough* Dyson *cough* I didn’t think I’d be able to afford such a hair tool. But for 130 dollars this thing does so good. I have dark, coarse, long hair that’s wavy to straight. I mostly need a straightener for baby hairs // a cow lick that’s right in the front next to my face and for that it does soo good. It’s super easy and fast to use. I also haven’t struggled with any frizz. Usually if I blow dry my hair it gets really frizzy but this made my hair nice and sleek. It is pretty loud but it is a blow dryer so ya know. And the weight isn’t that bad for me. They also have a one year warranty that comes with it. If you are wondering if you should get it, go for it.

Im honestly obsessed with this product! I was debating getting this or the Dyson but I figured I’d give this a shot first and I’m so glad I did! It works amazing! My hair gets done in about 10-15 minutes. It left my hair feeling very soft!

My straightener doesn’t turn on. I returned it and requested a new one. The second arrived two days later and it doesn’t power on either! Now I’m concerned I won’t receive a refund because there appears to be no way to request a refund for the defective replacement. What a waste of time, energy and money!

It doesn't touch your roots, and the on off button is too close to the hot button, I don't want any heat on my hair and sometimes I accidentally touch the hot button cuz the buttons are so close, also it is huge and clunky and really hard to get my hair in between the two plates, the thing doesn't open wide enough. It did get my hair dry though, not straight enough in my opinion
