Decent quality for the price. It does require that you install the pieces together although it comes with everything you need. So far screws have not come lose although I do expect it to come lose in the future as the screws are relatively short and it doesn't feel sturdy. I currently use it to hang wet towel and it gets the job done. Fit is a bit loose when nothing is placed in it as i can hear it banging against the door when i open/close it. It does come with soft foam like pads to prevent this and protect your door however it requires that you stick one to your door which i have opted against as i live in an apartment.
