I was hesitant to buy this since there are no good reviews about this item. Pros: -beautiful -comfortable -thick cushions -same as picture -instructions were easy to follow, and labeled correctly, and all screws were there. They left additional hardware to avoid issues. And each item in the set has it’s own hardware bag. Great solution for impatient customers and those who are unable to recognize the parts. -stable chairs -seller thought of every aspect of the pleasant shopping experience when put together this package. Cons: -expensive -a bit larger than expected (than picture) -wood May not survive the humid and weather in D.C. -not easy to fold. You have to unscrew it. -I think the wood needs extra protection. If they stay as they are now, I will leave the review as is. If they don’t make it, I will change my review. ... show more

Defective product and no response from company after a week after emailing them requesting resolution. The holes in the bottom of the table that attach the legs to the table do not line up with the screws on the chairs. We could drill new holes but they are just off enough that one of the new hold would overlap with the original, making it too large for the screw. Then, one of the chair back pre-drilled holes is too large for the screw so the screw just freely turns and will not tighten. What a mess and no support from the company....not to mention that a week after I purchased this, it's now 20% less than what I paid. Junk at any price but inexcusable for the $250 I paid and not to get a return email response from IDZO. :(. ... show more

Original Review: The piece itself looks like it could be beautiful, but it arrived with no instructions and no hardware to put it together. This turned what should have been a straightforward assembly into a frustrating and exhausting experience, especially given how heavy the box was to move around. Very disappointing and not worth the wasted time and effort. Update: Amazon replaced the original set after several weeks and multiple phone calls. While the process was time-consuming, once the correct version finally arrived, I have to say—it was worth it. The set is beautiful and made of solid, quality acacia wood. Very sturdy and well-designed. With the proper instructions and hardware, assembly was actually simple (I put it together by myself with no help). The box is still heavy, so be prepared for that, but I’m very happy with the final product and how it looks on my patio. Great upgrade to the outdoor space! ... show more

Buying patio furniture online is terrifying; everyone’s idea of quality and comfort is different. For me it’s important that furniture be solid, feel solid, and provide me with comfort that lets me feel at home. This set is great. I really appreciated how well they were packed, and the piece of red twine that leads you to the bags of instructions and fasteners. They went together with no issue. A total of six screws are required to assemble each chair and the same for the table. Exactly one spare of each type of fastener and tool was provided for each chair and the table. I bought two sets, loved them, and promptly ordered a third. They live on our covered porch, on the water here in Coastal NC. I’m expecting a quick wipe with teak oil or Semco a couple of times a year will keep them looking new. It’s been my experience that this kind of value for the money is rare.
