Absolutely love it! I live in a small apartment and wanted to get a dining table in case I have guests and this is perfect. Sits 4 chairs comfortably and is so easy to move around & fold up when I'm not using it. The instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to build this on my own. Beware, it does take a long time if you're doing it by hand so I suggest using a drill if you have one.

Well, I happen to be a woman and it took me three days to put it together. There is a tremendous amount of screws so you really should use a drill with different bits. I love it we had company, they all wish that they could do it so I said then buy one and I’ll help you!.

I was considering to rate 4 or 5 but I decided 4 star. To make sure, the product itself has no problem. Very heavy, but as you put the wheel, it is not a big concern. The wheel works good, nice balanced. It works perfcet, design also great. The only problem was making process. Although it is supplied with small wrench, it is not enough. The hole to nail is very small and it's wood is really hard. If you have a electric drill, it is not aproblem at all. I did not have it, so I had to do with my hand. And it was damm hard. That is the only reason I rated 4, but if I had electric drill, I'm pretty sure I would rate 5 star.

It would’ve probably gotten more stars if it came with all the right sized parts one wheel is too big to fit where it needs to go so one side of the table is unable to flip out if I use it cuz it tips then. It was hard to screw it together with the tools given n even when switching to more durable drivers not the easiest, tho some parts were very easy. If I him the right part it’s honestly worth the money for a small space I love it still
