The media could not be loaded. I like the pet door,the installation was difficult in a stucco wall.I like the alarm,but I don’t like where the in and off switch to slider alarm is.So basically to have alarm on,you 1.turn switch on,2,put slider in.Then to turn off alarm you need to1.take slider out to access on/off switch 2.turn off the alarm which will be going off. If the switch was placed above the slide,It wouldn’t set off the alarm when the homeowner takes it out.As the reason I bought it is to have that feature,but I certainly don’t want it going off every time I turn on the alarm. ... show more

I got this set up nice and realized that the bolts supplied are not the correct size for standard wall install. This product was sold as new but it is obvious that someone opened the box. The 9 1/2" bolts were missing. Now I have to rig it together with duct tape to hold it together and weight a few weeks for the bolts to ship out from the company. ... show more
