I bought this to use at our local bar for street dances and events. Many events our town has brings in people from neighboring states. This product allows me to be able to scan drivers license from any state, along with Canada and Mexico. I had troubles getting my laptop to want to connect everything together. I had the opportunity to come across this unit and like most times you are not sure how it will perform, when you are new to the function of what it does. You know what you need to happen and accomplish, so you hope that it will. I received this unit ontime and very well packaged. I had some how to questions and questions about the product, and called into their Support Line. They were right no top of it. They helped answer all my questions and get the setup just the way I wanted it. They even worked with me over the weekend. The unit itself is solid and well built and does what you need it to. Due to the mask mandate, we were having problems with "grab & run" shoplifting at a few of our retail locations. Criminals knew that they would be hard to identify, especially if they were wearing sunglasses or a hoodie. We decided to install these ID scanners at a few of our locations that were having an increase in theft. Since we've installed them, shoplifting has been reduced to a minimal amount. Technical support is great. Mike returns your phone calls promptly and assists you with the installation. If you are a small business and are having theft issues, this is a great tool to have and well worth the investment.

Been running this setup at a night club front door for about a month now, wanted to wait awhile before giving review. So far system has been great and has definitely made moving people through the front door alot faster, still working on a few things to get it all set up perfect some are with just learning different features of the program and others are with the club operations but dont have anything negative to say about this system and the customer service has been beyond great throughout the whole time even before we ordered it and just making calls to them to find out about everything first before deciding to purchase, but so far has definitely made a big improvement to the club and cuts down on problems.

Have ordered a few of these now for multiple locations and they are working out quite well. Tech support is very helpful. These scanners have definitely helped us cut down on minors and shoplifters entering the store. And the shoplifters that were still stupid enough to steal from us after scanning their IDs were arrested or at the very least forced to return our merchandise.

I bought this and received it in two days. I called support because I’m not really very technical. They walked me through the setup process in about 10 minutes I was up and scanning. I’m using it with a POS system and it’s running in the background. When I scan an ID in less than a second the verification screen pops up. I love this product and I think it’s a value at the price compared to others I looked at. I would definitely recommend this product and company if you need to verify ID’s.

It is a must if you sell alcohol or tabacco product. Scans very quickly and accurately. If you are using it for a tablet just remember must be a windows operating system. Overall a great product. Highly recommended.!!!
