This couch is absolutely amazing. It's so freaking beautiful, it's soft but firm and keeps its form. It's always scary ordering something like this online but I was not disappointed whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend it! The only issue I had was the when screwing on the feet. The larger part had the holes already placed into the wood so it was easy to screw in however the sectional portion did not have any, so I did have to pull out my electric screwdriver and drill bit which was a little frustrating but I'm so happy with the couch I don't care. I will be updating this review in a month to make sure it's still kept its form. ****Update!!!!! Its been 1 full year and I still adore this couch. It has completely kept its form and is so comfortable and firm. I literally slept on her last night. Highly recommended. ... show more

There is no denying that this couch is absolutely gorgeous. The materials used to make it are soft and of high quality. The color is magnificent beyond compare. Now for the downsides, it's not the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Honestly not even top ten most comfortable. It seems to be more decorative than for comfort. But you can still find comfortable positions to sit/lay on it if you try. The legs to need to be screwed on so you will want a electric drill of some sort. Also the 2 sections do not line up properly when put together. This I'm sure can be fixed using the same drill I put the legs on with. Finally the worst part of my entire experience: the couch arrived broken. Not like some small tear, not a missing button, but rather the back bottom half smashed in half way across the one section. This may very well have happened during shipping but I am still very upset by it. I kept the box intact incase I decided to return it later. ... show more

This is basically my dream sofa. The cushions are pretty firm but still soft, you definitely need to use the pillows to get snuggled in. Getting the feet attached is pretty easy, the big screws go in with the included hex tool, though the smaller screws do need to be drilled in, so get out your electric screwdriver. While I did need help to get the sofa pieces inside the apartment, once it's in there moving it around is a breeze. This thing is so light I was able to flip it all the way up on its side to put the feet on, lower it down and lift it to latch both pieces without assistance. The only thing I dont like about it is how high up it is. Unless I'm sitting on the edge of the seat my feet end up dangling in the air (though to be fair, I am only 4'11"), and most coffee tables I've been looking at seem too short to pair with it because of this. My cat is also highly approving, and has chosen the spot in the photo as her new favorite location. Plus, so far the advice that cats dont scratch velvet has proven true. ... show more

Fabulous looking piece of furniture. However, it was clearly used, probably in a showroom. The legs were dirty and dusty from the inside, indicating that it had already been standing on the floor for a long while. The screw holes were also worn, so clearly, it was assembled and dismantled before I got it. It also had black mould patches on it, which I could not remove and it's quite visible on the white faux leather. I contacted customer services about it and they denied it all. They said it was brand new, but obviously not. 1-year update: The sofa held up very nicely so far. Endures my cat’s claws and easy to keep it clean. Some blue jeans can make mark on it though, I bought some magic car seat cleaner and it removed the stains. I bought some extra cushions to make it more comfortable for watching TV. ... show more

The zipper ripped 3 weeks after receiving and company is refusing to send me another cushion or exchange the product . Very bad company to deal with. but the product is very beautiful. All I asked for is another cushion.
