Fabulous looking piece of furniture. However, it was clearly used, probably in a showroom. The legs were dirty and dusty from the inside, indicating that it had already been standing on the floor for a long while. The screw holes were also worn, so clearly, it was assembled and dismantled before I got it. It also had black mould patches on it, which I could not remove and it's quite visible on the white faux leather. I contacted customer services about it and they denied it all. They said it was brand new, but obviously not. 1-year update: The sofa held up very nicely so far. Endures my cat’s claws and easy to keep it clean. Some blue jeans can make mark on it though, I bought some magic car seat cleaner and it removed the stains. I bought some extra cushions to make it more comfortable for watching TV. ... show more

The chair is beautiful! The seat cushion is super soft. The color is true purple, fits great in the room. PROBLEM: the back is LOW. For taller people it's going to be uncomfortable

This is basically my dream sofa. The cushions are pretty firm but still soft, you definitely need to use the pillows to get snuggled in. Getting the feet attached is pretty easy, the big screws go in with the included hex tool, though the smaller screws do need to be drilled in, so get out your electric screwdriver. While I did need help to get the sofa pieces inside the apartment, once it's in there moving it around is a breeze. This thing is so light I was able to flip it all the way up on its side to put the feet on, lower it down and lift it to latch both pieces without assistance. The only thing I dont like about it is how high up it is. Unless I'm sitting on the edge of the seat my feet end up dangling in the air (though to be fair, I am only 4'11"), and most coffee tables I've been looking at seem too short to pair with it because of this. My cat is also highly approving, and has chosen the spot in the photo as her new favorite location. Plus, so far the advice that cats dont scratch velvet has proven true. ... show more

I am so impressed with the speed this was able to come. In addition to AMAZING Amazon workers! Seriously they went above and beyond. It's comfy, firm, but I think with time it'll shape a bit more and give a bit more. The size for a NYC/BK apartment is perfect! I do not like the pillows and I will be replacing those and will get cute covers to help with a pop of color. But overall happy, my small pom can't scratch it either. ... show more

The chair is very pretty, very regal. The color is just like the picture and matches some pillow cases I bought from Amazon too. It arrived on time and was well packaged. Assembly was easy. Only the metal legs needed to be attached. However, I was missing one screw. Each leg has 3 screws so it wasn't a huge deal. What I don't like is the missing nailhead on the armrest. The nail is literally sticking out. And the nailheads are not evenly spaced or aligned. The fabric at the bottom of the chair was not fully stapled down and I hope it does not come undone. I would probably give this chair 3.5 stars than 4, and I think it's a little over priced. But it's very pretty and cheaper than I have seen on other sites. ... show more

This couch is beautiful, and appears to be great quality, until you get to the part where you need to attach the legs.... There are no holes present, so you have to drill through the wood, BUT before your drill can even get past the wood, you have all this fabric. The fabric curls & twists around your drill, which will then jam it. So you then have to spend extra time untangling your drill from all the weird layers of upholstery. In order to make it easier I had to take scissors and cut off excess fabric, I then was able to start drilling. I still am not finished, also the bottom looks like a tiger had it's way with it, so I now need to fix the underside of the couch. All this work for a $1300 couch? This kind of bull sh*t is what you expect from a $500 couch. I should've bought a vintage couch and done the work myself. If I would've known that I would have to deal with all this nonsense, I would have purchased another couch in a similar style. ... show more

There is no denying that this couch is absolutely gorgeous. The materials used to make it are soft and of high quality. The color is magnificent beyond compare. Now for the downsides, it's not the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Honestly not even top ten most comfortable. It seems to be more decorative than for comfort. But you can still find comfortable positions to sit/lay on it if you try. The legs to need to be screwed on so you will want a electric drill of some sort. Also the 2 sections do not line up properly when put together. This I'm sure can be fixed using the same drill I put the legs on with. Finally the worst part of my entire experience: the couch arrived broken. Not like some small tear, not a missing button, but rather the back bottom half smashed in half way across the one section. This may very well have happened during shipping but I am still very upset by it. I kept the box intact incase I decided to return it later. ... show more
