I love this little ice maker! The ice will melt if not used within a reasonable amount of time but it just keeps recycling to make more ice. I add the ice to an ice bucket in freezer. It makes two different sizes and makes ice pretty quickly. I clean it weekly and have had no problems. With the push of a button I have ice!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had the ice maker since August 2024. While I love the nugget ice the machine is inconsistent. The marketing says once the ice bucket is full it will automatically stop making ice. Not true. Mine continues to make ice, the pressure forces the door ajar and water leaks all over the counter. That however is not my main concern. In simply don’t fill the reservoir to the max. My concerns are the noise and inconsistent ice. The machine can be quite loud with banging and clicking noises coming from the unit. Also at least once a day instead of nugget ice I get what appears to be a consistency of slush and shaved ice combined. I have yet to figure out why it dispenses slush ice. I have not touched the setting, I use filtered water only and clean the unit monthly. Update 2/21/25 - I reduced 3 starting to 1 star. The ice machine now sounds like it’s 10 years old instead of 6 months. I clean it monthly and only use filtered water. The unit has more than the recommended 3 inches of breathing space around it and there is nothing blocking the fan like debris or dust build up. I don’t understand why it sounds this way. It’s so lousy can hear throughout my home.

My husband and I love this little machine. Even though we have an ice maker in our freezer, we got this for drinks/parties, and it works really well. It's a great size for our bar, it cleans itself which is awesome, and it makes ice pretty quickly. The only downside, as many reviews have said, is it leaks. We think it's due to precipitation or something because the hoses appear to be connected properly, but we just put a towel under it and that works for us.

I’ve had my ice maker for 2 months. It worked great and we loved the ice for the first 6 weeks. Now all of a sudden it won’t stay powered on. So we have no ice. I have cleaned it regularly. I have no idea what happened and I really have no mechanical knowledge. YouTube videos suggest taking the back off to vacuum the inside. 🤷🏻♀️ 6 weeks isn’t a long time for something to work well then go kaput. EDIT**** I found a YouTube video that suggested holding the power button down for 30 secs to reset the machine. It did work! But… it continues to stop working periodically and I have to reset it again and again. Still vey annoying.

I started using my ice machine on September 20,2024. I run it atleast 12 to 15 hours a day with weekly cleaning. The ice is perfect if you're an ice chewers like I am. The only issue I have is it will start making a squeaking noise like an alternator belt is loose znd wo t produce any ice. I turn it off and let it sit for a while then turn it on and sometimes it's still making the noise sometimes it's ok. For the amount of money I spent on it I'd expect it to last longer than 4 months. I definitely won't buy this brand again. I'm starting to have some doubts about Amazon's products lately.
