The media could not be loaded. I clean it twice before use. I got it at moon and it’s 8 pm. Not a single ice crystal has formed. The fan ran and the machine is cold. Water even bubbles up but still nothing is forming. Machine even ‘dumps’ but just water because NO ICE.

    • Not what I expected
The only problem I found with this product is it doesn't keep the ice frozen,once it's In the tray it starts to melt. Got it for my wife she is happy with it. I just wish it was a little more detailed in the description. I am happy with it. After all it save me money.

This was a great buy. I bought this for our travel trailer. When our home ice maker went on the blink and between three service calls and waiting for parts we were going to be without ice for a month. We hooked up this little devil and we had our first two glasses of ice in 6 minutes. It was so nice we bought another for my daughter and her family for their camper. Received the product and set it up. Ice every time all the time without any issues. Product has been running and setup for 3 weeks. Flavor depends on the water you use and how clean. Also how clean you keep the machine.

    • Nice bite size bullets of ice
I like the size choices for the bullets. We were able to store some for the holidays. They are like the ice you get in hospital cafes. Very pleased.

Continued to run but would never make any ice. See the review someone left from 12/3 - had the same issue. Wouldn’t recommend.

    • Not anyone’s fault. It came not working.
The item is very big. When we cleaned it with a damp cloth and let it sit on the counter, we read the instructions however the reels just kept spinning and the motor was hot. It produced nothing. We even watched a YT video to make sure we were operating it correctly.
