This product is a piece of crap. First of all as you can see by the picture that is was received out of the box damaged. The company charged $10.00 for the initial shipping then going to charge me shipping to return the damaged product back, then another shipping charge to get a replacement. Are you kidding me???? I did try to use it once to see how well it works, on its largest setting the ice was about double the size of a pencil eraser, and it took 9 minutes to complete. In a 45 minute period I had enough ice for my drink. My advise is to stay away from this product and the company that makes it. Just not worth the money or hassle.

This machine will start out working properly but after using every day, it will stop making ice. Then you have to let it set for at least 2 sometimes 3 days before making ice again. The initial machine I got stopped making and then it started making ice. In the middle of making ice it said I needed to add water, but the water was 3/4 full. I had to take a video of it not making ice to be able to get a replacement. They did provide a shipping label and thank goodness I still had the original boxing. I started the replacement process around the 21st 22nd of February and did not get the replacement until the end of the first week of March. I have been using it since and starting on the 4th of April it's now not making ice again. I'm going to let it sit for 2 or 3 days and see if it will start working. But if anyone is looking at this ice machine I would strongly not recommend getting it. It doesn't last and doesn't work as described. It did not start working so I sent the unit back. The defective unit was received by the seller, I have yet to receive the replacement unit. It's been over a week and the shipment label still says pending. I've sent an email to them and no response. This is not a reliable product. Do not waste your money. I would recommend getting an Igloo. Update 05/11/2022: I had to send another email to this company before I got a response where my shipment was. I returned the defective unit which they received as of 04/29/2022 and as of yet no information when I am going to get my replacement just an excuse that the shipping label was stuck in pending and today is 05/11/2022. I have asked for a refund which I will probably not get.

If you’re a weirdo ice eater like myself, you’ll mostly want to know what kind of ice this puts out. Well it’s good! It’s the bullet shape, but the soft kind that melts too quickly in your drink, but is great to eat if you just eat ice by itself. It puts out ice about every 8 minutes, so if you leave it for a while, pretty soon you have tons of ice in the reservoir! The first few pieces when you turn it on will be thinner and crunchier, and the latter few batches will be soft snd crunchy like snow. In short this is a game changer and since I have no ice maker in my fridge, this is the most wonderful luxury my husband has ever bought for me.

This is our second one of these. I really liked the ice this machine makes, however the ice machine just doesn’t work well. This is our 2nd replacement because the first one leaked. They were great to replace it bad one quickly. HOWEVER Now the SECOND one is making a wailing loud terrible noise. It’s unbearable. So it’s off again and we have no pellet ice.

The manual states that ice is made every 6-8 minutes. The timer starts once you start the ice making process. Maybe its just my machine but by the time the max amount of water was made into ice it took over 2 hours. I have bought another brand 3 months ago and that one is longer available and purchased this one for good reviews. The previous purchase made a the max amount of ice in 30 minutes.

This was purchased on Nov 9th. Stopped working less than 3 weeks later. JUNK DO NOT BUY! Then to top it off I was required to pay $30 to return it back to the manufacturer!!!! Fortunately since I am a Prime member Amazon gave me a $30 credit to offset the return shipping. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NOR THIS PRODUCT!!!

Made cubes fast but they don’t stay frozen at size when first started. As it runs awhile, the stay at size. It worked great for 3 weeks then wouldn’t make cubes anymore. Customer service was amazing! Even though it didn’t hold up, they stand behind their product 100%!!
