Very very noisy. I can here it two rooms away. It has woke me up several times in the middle of the night. Love the ice, cold and hot water just wish it was a whole lot quieter. Otherwise it does what I was told it would do.

This water cooler works well cooling water and making ice (haven’t tried hot water yet). Something I noticed is the ice maker kept running and using a lot of water. After calling their customer service number (they were very helpful) I found out that the ice maker just makes ice but will not keep it frozen. You have to take it out and put it in a container in your freezer. Otherwise it will melt inside the cooler and continue to use water to make more. So now we run the ice maker for a little bit to fill up a container for the freezer and shut off the ice maker until we are ready for more ice. If you don’t do that it will blow through the water in your jug. Other than that, it works great so we won’t be returning it. However, it would be nice if we could just keep the ice inside and not have to remove it to put in our freezer.
