The media could not be loaded. I don't eat a lot of ice cream, but I do crave it sometimes and this little cutie solves that problem as long as I have heavy cream(aka whipping cream) around! It can make about 2 normal size bowls. Do not try to double a recipe or it will be a mess! My first effort was a complete failure as I tried to follow the directions precisely. I used choc syrup instead of whatever chocolate they were thinking of(it didn't say)and I used soy milk instead of regular milk. I ended up with a runny milkshake type thing. So second time around, I stuck with the basic vanilla recipe. I only had 1% milk, so I substituted cream for a quarter cup of the milk. I also substituted monkfruit sugar for the white sugar. (I try to cut out a little white sugar whenever possible) As you can see in the video & pictures, it turned out like a very thick soft serve ice cream & tastes terrific.😋 I don't recommend doing the "heating" step in the chocolate recipe. It was useless & I think it messed up the consistency. Also, don't whip the cream at all(the recipe required it as one of the steps prior to combining the ingredients). It really doesn't need it. The noise level is not bad. You can hear it in the video and that's because my phone is right up next to the motor. I can't hear it from the next room anyway. I don't stand there for 30 minutes waiting😂 I just keep the bottom section in the freezer for whenever I might feel like making some ice cream. That way I don't have to put it in & wait 8+ hours before use. It doesn't take up much room.

No having to deal with salt and ice. Just freeze the tub several hours before, then add in your ingredients and turn it on. It only makes small batches of ice cream, which is perfect for singles/small families. I made a tofu- and almond milk-based ice cream and it turned out perfectly, so feel confident in using this for recipes that aren’t milk-based.

Compre esta máquina muy emocionada, como regalo de cumpleaños para mi niña. Ya intenté dos veces la primera lo hice según las indicaciones en el manual. La segunda he visto videos donde dan consejos para que la máquina funcione y es por gusto. Esta mezcla la puse ha helar por 4 horas he inmediatamente empecé a verterla en el recipiente ya funcionado ( según vi en los vídeos) y a pesar de que cuando la saqué del congelador estaba bastante espesa al pasar los 20 minutos salió todo aguado 😞 Dejé el depósito enfriando por 8 horas, por lo que considero he hecho todo bien pero sigue sin hacer helado. La única razón por la que no la devuelvo es porque la compré en USA pero me la trajeron a otro país 🇸🇻 y no tengo manera de regresarla. Pero sinceramente me siendo decepcionado y estafada gaste casi $50 en ella y fue para nada

This was the easiest ice cream maker I’ve ever used! Just make sure that you let the sugar dissolve in the milk before you add it. Also I used whole milk which gave it a thicker and richer flavor. It looks like the amount is going to be small but we got 3 bowls out of the regular recipe.
