I picked this machine up on a whim, it was a great price, I got it on sale. I use this several times a week. My criteria for choosing whether a kitchen tool is worthy is do I use it enough to leave it on the counter, or do I put it into the pantry? This sits on my counter and is worth the space that it takes up. I use it several times a week. I have made all different kinds of ice cream, frozen yogurts, gelato, I thought that the pan was going to be really small but it actually makes a really good serving size of ice cream, you can serve multiple people with it. The machine is so quiet you don’t even know it is running! You will not regret getting this machine!

While I feel this ice cream maker is a bit bulky and heavy, it does do the job and the ice cream it produces is certainly good. Unlike some other products it does not require pre-freezing the tub; you just load the mixed ingredients and start it up, everything other than the mixing happens in the machine. I picked up some storage containers for the freezer to keep any leftovers. The machine is not excessively noisey; I was easily able to watch TV while it was running in the same room.

It held up to constant use in a hotter area. Condenser never failed with 8 hours of work super easy to use. Very quick to make any ice cream. And was pretty quiet in the kitchen couldn’t tell it was there.

Shipping was fast The GOOD ends there. I mixed up a yoghurt base, put it in the canister, turned the machine on. Lights lit up. Timer started. Went 4 seconds then 3 beeps. The motor never turned the paddles once. Well not quite accurate. IF I tapped aggressively on the motor housing it would run for maybe 20 seconds before quitting. Then would beep and not start again. I even emptied the container. Motor still wouldn't run. It is going back. What is particularly frustrating about this is that Amazon often will send a replacement immediately. Not so this time. No replacement until the defective unit is received. Had I known this I would've asked for a refund instead.

I love this box. Not too big or too small. Color is off white with rounded corner. Clear lid with chrome accent motor.The display is clear and bright. I made several batches already , and the result is like the store bought ones. I just filled about half of the removable bowl so as not to overflow the container. Custard based ice cream, at about 20 min the liquid starts to form. By 30 min is already an ice cream with nice texture. Lid, mixing blade and container are easy to clean. Noise wise, this machine is not loud.

I have made 4 batches of ice cream with this machine and the result has been fabulous each time. The design is very nice - which matters when it is on a kitchen counter - and the parts very easy to clean. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product!

Was so excited to be able to make ice cream with my grandchildren. We used it and it just didn’t seem to work right but we were able to get something sort of ice cream and then frozen. Washed the machine and put it away and the following week took it out and it no longer worked.
