    • BIOS is flawed and they system crashes when opening several games.
This system is flawed and been on contact with the company since I got it in July. The BIOS is totally unreliable and can't play several games, it keeps shutting down the system and for a gaming computer this is ridicules. I sent it back already once and still did several updates and still the system is unplayable on several games. ... show more

    • Sold me a used and damaged product and charging me 390$ restocking fee...
They're charging me a $390 restock fee On a PC that I returned with all its components didn't even have it for more than 24 hours. Found out it had a bad board and the RGB didn't work and the PC appeared to be used...but sold as a new product. Contacted iBuyPowers customer service and they told me to return the product as it is not an authorized dealer and they couldn't warranty any of the parts. So hopefully Amazon makes it right bc the seller isn't going to... ... show more

I can't build my own computer (I am disabled) so this is the next best thing. I love it so far, it replaces my 6-year-old Ibuypower PC that we still use. Update I am having the Intel/bios issues that crashes when most games are started. I can't play many games and this is super frustrating.
