The box was very well packaged. I was able to pop the side off, remove the extra padding around the graphics card and get it running in just a few minutes. Was super excited to get this PC, first time trying Ibuypower and AMD. This has been a total nightmare! The PC constantly crashes randomly. Everything will be working fine, then suddenly, my mouse starts to get ultra laggy and skipping across the entire screen, shortly after my monitors shut down completely, the screens go black, but the computer is still running, then the system reboots. (I checked all cables and ensured all drivers were updated, no changes) This happens while gaming, surfing the web, and seen it happened when nothing was running, I was sitting at my desk, just turned on the PC and was texting on my phone and noticed the whole thing crashed, while nothing was going on. lol This has also effected the internet as well, at times my internet will get cut off, then back on, then cut off, then the system stops working. Some games I cannot play at all, as the games instantly crash and then the internet connection cuts out and the only way to get it to work is to restart the system. I checked with all my other devices and the internet was working fine. Completely unreliable. I checked all cables and the GPU, to ensure everything was plugged in properly. ensured all drivers were up to date. Nothing has solved the issue, so I am at a loss. $2300 for a massive headache. ... show more

This PC, the Y40313A, is a solid buy at around 2k. It handles all the games I throw at it like a champ, and I haven't run into any problems so far. Might be a bit overpriced but it functions very well! The only complaint is that it can get a bit warm when playing games like Destroy all Humans! 2 and sometimes when I switch between tabs and have a game open, it will cause the game to crash. This case is huge! That's not so much a complaint as a statement. Instructions are a tad lacking. But setup is pretty straightforward. MS license didn't want to activate, but the trouble shoot button cured that. I think the one thing I am most disappointed with is the most is the 4070 video card has 3 display ports and 1 hdmi. Sure I can buy adapters, but for this price, just use a video card with hdmi connections. Overall satisfied thus far. May update later if something rears it's ugly head. ... show more
