FIRST, this computer is slower than the system it replaced, which couldn’t run Windows 11. SECOND, I have NEVER, in the nearly fifty years I’ve been using computers (yes, that long), had one which glitched as much as this one. To be fair, I am no longer deep into the computer world, so don’t know how much of that is thanks to the Gates-Of-Hell crowd’s crappy bloatware. I do know tabs, often, load slow, the sound drops to a point I have to re-boot to get it back. Even then, I’ve lost the jack access to the sound for my speakers, so have to swap between the speaker plug and the headphone plugs as I swap between them. After a whole lot of work, I was able to shut off the little kid lights, until I wasn’t [able to do so]. I guarantee, trying to control the lights was something the average user would find to be nothing less than an exercise in frustration. Maybe I got a corrupted Windows load. It isn’t just drivers. I’ve reloaded one or two and it gained me nothing, trying to solve relative problems. I may have to try to flash the BIOS, again, to try to get the pathetic light control programs to work. I shouldn’t have to. In the end, fifteen hundred bucks should have provided me a far better computer than this all show and no go computer did/is. ... show more

I will start off by saying I bought a pc that stated it had damage to the top and was noticeable but was fully functional and tested. Buttt im not sure how they tested it because the damage was more than they said. First the damage was to the top of pc and stated dented and defects. What it failed to state was fans for the cooling cpu was damage. Also the glass was broken and not usable.. acceptable is damage that is cosmetic not components damages and not workable the fans seem to work i rigged it to Stay up and taped the glass on to stay put still not perfect also the ibuy power cpu cooler cover does not light up another part damaged not stated so I got it all together and turned it on so far its running not sure if it's working tho I will have to test it out later for it took so long to get it together for the most part I didn't have time to hook a monitor up to it yet possible the unit might not work and over heat which would be bummer. As I said before damages is ok even was ok with noticeable dent scratches and bows in metal. But acceptable is working and with the fans damage which they didn't state and glass damages where it won't be safe to seat in is spot because the snap pegs are gone. I don't think the word acceptable was a good choice well see tomorrow when I hook it all the way up and run it thru some set ups and games if it's workable I might give another star. I'm worried about over heating with th cooling fans damaged. ... show more
