I'm not much of a PC connoisseur and this is my first "big boy" computer I've purchased, but I have to say that I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've played a number of FPS games both online and offline as well as other graphical heavy titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Skyrim, and I have not had a single issue trying to run any of them with ease. The computer works great! I really didn't need anything crazy overpowered for my needs to be met, so this processor, graphics card, and RAM count was probably more than enough to deliver a satisfying performance. The computer looks dang pretty too! I love the tinted glass that showcases some of the innards. It's just classy enough to not distract me during work hours but flashy enough to be satisfying to look at. It sits right on top of my desk next to my monitors. The ONLY thing I'd complain about if I had to complain is the noise level. Whenever I boot up a game, it likes to crank up those fans even if it's not too heavy of a game (cool-ish air being felt coming out of the back). That being said, I can't complain about it keeping the CPU cool. If I were more tech savvy, maybe I could tinker with that in settings or maybe even install a new fan to my liking, but I'm not picky about the noise level. I liked the easy setup and quiet cooling system. It was easy to setup and loads very fast; moving my files and programs was simplistic. I would highly recommend this product to others for a quality gaming PC.

Bought this computer advertised as a gaming computer. Crashes anytime you play a game. Tech support told me I could send it to them on my dime and they would fix it 4 weeks after they received it. They offered this after having me chase my tail for hours troubleshooting. I'm being penalized for them selling me a faulty product. I paid for a working computer not an expensive paper weight.     • Update: Definitely read regarding this PC!
I was having significant issues with this PC crashing during games and not working for my son. We tried working with the warranty company via email and were getting no where. Finally, I decided to call their tech support and get someone on the phone. After much waiting, I spoke to a rep who listened to my concerns and talked me through updating the BIOS (The program for the motherboard). I downloaded and installed the new BIOS and VOILA! Now my son's computer has been working (thus far) with no crashes or issues. IF you buy, make sure to download the newest BIOS drivers!!!!! ... show more

TLDR; not bad if you have time to troubleshoot, but does not work out of box as plug and play as firmware is out of date. Similar to other reviews, there are a handful of games that would BSOD or cause the application to crash with a variety of errors. After trial and error it turns out the BIOS installed was out of date and seriously flawed.
