I received this as a gift for Christmas. And it is truly amazing. I love how the setup gives you the options to change colors or change the modes of it so you can truly customize how you want. I also love how the glass finish on the side gives you a true view on the inside of the setup, but also giving a mirror finish as well! Everything runs amazing on it, graphics, high-quality games, etc. It runs super-fast with the upload speed incredible. I originally wanted to build a PC setup, but due to the pandemic, that was not possible. But now, I don't need too since this one works incredibly well. Definitely recommend. :) ... show more

  • Don't buy from this company.
Style: Ryzen 5 3600 | 5500XT
I get the PC, plug it in and get through the setup. Then maybe 30 minutes after it being on it crashed and restarted in BIOS. And then said "No bootable devices found". A full power off and drain fixed it for a few hours. Then the same thing. Must be a power or temperature problem although in BIOS temps were fine. All that was needed was a thorough test of the PC before sending it to me and that was not done. Which means the company is lazy or incompetent. Either way this was a big waste of time and money. Try another company, don't waste yours with this one. ... show more

  • Great for the price
Style: Ryzen 5 3600 | RX 560
Needed a solid gaming computer that could work for me until the GPU market stabilizes and building a computer becomes more possible. After several hours searching for something reasonable, I found this and so far I am very happy with it. It runs my games smoothly and looks great while doing it. The case and set up makes it easy to upgrade further in the future. ... show more

  • Pc keeps randomly restarting with no error messages.
Style: Ryzen 5 3600 | 5500XT
Honestly when it runs it runs fine I’m able to play online games at 50-60fps 1080p no problem. However this computer will restart at random times for no apparent reason. First the rgb fans flicker then it restarts the computer giving me no error messages or anything. It’s as if someone unplugged then plugged the computer back in again. This happens not only when I game but when I do simple tasks such as browse google or watch YouTube. Can’t even do school work on it. Sometimes it restarts after a long time and sometimes it restarts after a little bit. Customer support sucks and Amazon refuses to give me a refund because conveniently my computer stopped working after the return date which was not even a year. I’ve had this for over three months. Buyers beware lots of trouble shooting and you might have to get a new psu like I will most likely have to. Edit: after two years of having this PC I fixed all the issues with it. The problem was a faulty PSU which made it flicker and turn off. I got an evga 600+ and it works perfectly. The GPU is a radeon 5500 xt challenger 4gb and it doesn’t run bad at all. I’m able to play demanding games like red dead on mid to high as well as cyberpunk 2077 in mid to high settings too. Sometimes I’ve gamed for 9-10 hours straight and haven’t had a single issue. If you do get it you might have to replace some parts but that’s what happens with most prebuilts. Even the ram is alright which is 8gb. The only thing that sometimes happens is that I will get a driver timeout error but that’s not the pc manufacturers problem but rather a radeon problem. I had the blue screen of death and fixed it by doing a total reset. I will add that I got this after downloading sketchy mod menus for GTAO. I Downloaded all games all over after the reset and it was fixed. This happened a second time but it went away on its own I believe due to not having the proper drivers or adrenaline software installed. When you get it download the adrenaline software and keep the drivers up to date. If you do you’ll be alright. Lastly the fans do make some noise for about a minute when it first turns on but then it goes away and it doesn’t affect performance at all. I’m changing it to 4 stars simply due to the fact that I had to learn and read so much to fix it over the course of three months. It was stressful it was time consuming but it plays way better than the series x or ps5. The settings you can change are better than console, keyboard and mouse is way better and it’s upgradable. Soon I’ll buy a 6600 8gb card. Good luck my fellow gamers I’ll try to answer your questions but it’s weird. Checkout my YouTube it’s anime thighs with hanekawa tsubasa as my profile pic I’ll be able to respond faster there. Cheers ... show more

  • iBUYPOWER, iBUYPROBLEMS
Style: Ryzen 5 3600 | RX 550
For context, I bought this PC in 2021, when the price of GPUs meant I couldn't afford to build my own with the same specs. This was also my first gaming PC, so I didn't feel confident building one myself. Now that I'm older, wiser, and have essentially Ship-Of-Theseus upgraded every component out of this machine, I can confidently say this: IF YOU WANT THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, BUILD YOUR OWN PC. If you've never had the components in front of you, it can seem scary, but I promise you, if you can build IKEA furniture, you can build a PC. I recommend shopping for used components first from a reputable company such as newegg. However, if you don't feel like you want to go through the PC-building process, let's run through the components. Case: The case is good, and is functional. The RGB can be programmed. Motherboard: A320M-AC. This motherboard is fine, but lacks much in the way of error checking or upgradeability. GPU: AMD RX 550. This is a decent budget GPU, and will handle most games at medium settings fine. RAM: FORZA 8GB. Okay, this RAM is cheaper than Mr. Krabs, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. I can't comment on the reliability of it, as I replaced it with a 16BG kit before it got the chance to disappoint me. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5. This CPU is a good choice, and works well with the other parts. PSU: The PSU is solid. I've used it for 4 years, and it's still in my current PC. SSD: ADATA 240 GB SATA. Limited storage space, but performance worked fine for me. Now, let's compare the prices of these same items as new. A320M/AC: $100 Radeon RX 550: $120 AMD Ryzen 5: $95 PSU (I couldn't find the PSU they use so let's go with ThermalTake): $55 SSD: $30 TOTAL: $400 (All prices from Newegg as of September 2024) So there you go. A $400 computer, minus the case. So unless the case, included keyboard/mouse, and custom installation is worth $500 to you... It's time to get to work. SO: What kind of PC should I buy? If you don't want to open up the inside of a PC, then this one is... fine. It's just fine. If you want to learn how to build a PC ever in your life... now is a perfect time. Okay then Custom-Built purist. What SHOULD I put in my PC? I'm going to say prices as new, but really. Used and Refurbished parts are where it's at. GPU - AMD RX 6600 8GB - $200 CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5500 - $82 Motherboard - MSI B550 Gaming - $100 RAM - CORSAIR Vengeance 16gb - $41 SSD - Samsung 990 EVO 2TB - $130 PSU - ThermalTake Smart Series 500W - $40 Case - SAMA 3509 - $68 UBit AC1200 Network Adapter - $20 WiFi 6 6R Tri-Band - $18 Windows 10 home (Digital Chill Mart) - $20 OR Windows 11 Home $25 Thermal Paste - $10 Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2 - $25 Total - $760 There, saved you $140 to spend on a nice keyboard and mouse, an extra SATA SSD, and/or upgrades to any of the above. And you can save even more finding these parts refurbished. I hope this gives you a good idea of your options. In conclusion, if the intended user is willing to put in an hour or so to installation, they can get a much better and more reliable machine for cheaper. In addition, the machine will continue to run for longer and be much cheaper to maintain if you know how to replace the parts inside. So, if you're looking for a christmas gift for an aspiring gamer or a simple, out-of-the box machine, this is a decent option. But if you want a computer that will stay with you and grow with you as long as you need it (unless something goes catastrophically wrong), then roll up your sleeves, don't be afraid, and start building. ... show more
