I got this computer as my old one had been dying and slowing down along with other issues, and I have to say I think it is great. I got it while it was on sale, so I think it was worth the price. It has lasted almost a year with the same performance; it runs demanding games very well and smoothly. There is 16GB of RAM which seems to be the standard nowadays, at least for casual gaming, and it has been enough for me so far. I have run many games on this and performance-wise, it is definitely worth the money. As I've seen with other reviews, it can get a bit noisy but, in my opinion, it's not that big of a deal. My only beef with this machine (which is just an annoyance for me) is the designed hole on the front. What happens is the suction of the graphics card pulls in lint and dust through the big hole and the lint gets stuck on the film type thing on the card. It doesn't affect anything, however because there isn't an easy way to access the front of the GPU without removing a few components inside, it provides a visual annoyance. [Image attached] Again, it's just a slight thing that isn't too bad, just for people like me who find it a little annoying. Solution: don't live in an old house with dust and lint. Haven't had a problem with either keyboard nor mouse, both work as expected. Overall: Performance for price - 5 stars, runs smoothly and lasts. Keyboard/Mouse/RGB - 5 stars, haven't had a problem with either one. Keyboard and PC have customizable light modes. Haven't had a problem with either. Noise - Decent, 4 stars, depends on what you're doing with it and how much noise affects you. Tower Design - 4 stars, looks nice and clean, holds components tight, though inconvenient in regards to potential buildup of lint or dust on GPU film/sheet/cover thing. Great PC, I recommend it if you are a casual or somewhat intense gamer. Probably not best for running mostly AAA games where hardware specs are required to be high, though it still runs most well. Would recommend adding extra RAM at some point, although I haven't yet. Enjoy it if you decide to get it! ... show more

This is my second ibuypower pc. The first one's motherboard was put in bent against the case and had to be readjusted but has been running games like Civ, GTA, Apex, etc decently for about 3 years now. After buying this one it ran for about 2 months until the motherboard decided to quit on me and I had to get that component completely replaced. Good graphics and nice overall performance until then, but incredibly disappointed in my experience with both machines' motherboards. Noise is ok, but the 5 fans create a constant white noise and I'm struggling to understand the decision to put 3 fans in a position where they are basically pulling from an obstructed area (front glass cover). Likely won't be buying an ibuypower machine again, but it was a good starting experience and lesson as to why everyone was screaming at me to build my own. ... show more

I've never bought from ibuyppwer before and was skeptical. I have had to eat my words. The speed is fantastic. Most games are great. COD is odd, as it doesn't like the graphics card, but all in all great.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this on October 20, 2022 it workings fine until November 3, 2022. Don’t want to complain that much everything work just fine for me. The graphic, video quality very smooth and perfect for gaming. But as you can see on the video it won’t turn on I tried to unplug, remove ram, check if the wires are connected properly and still won’t turn on maybe it’s the power supply issue. If you know how to fix it this product might right for you but for me I’m not good at technology and I will return this to get my money back. Sad but this the only thing I can do. ... show more

Item was unstable out of the box. Blue screen issues from day one. It seemed to ease slightly but progressively got worse till it corrupted the os. The RMA process was very painful and frustrating with misinformation posted in the updates on-line. All the while, customer service would provide different excuses for the lengthy repairs while not really knowing. Received the computer back today "WITHOUT" windows installed. iBUYPOWER takes no responsibility and says that's not possible, must be a glitch. Worked great for about a year and a half until the motherboard shorted and it got stuck power-cycling... The repair was quoted at $300-400.
