Also went ahead and upgraded power supply to Corsair 850 watt, came with a off brand 600 watt power supply. Also upgraded to Corsair 1tb Ssd cause the 400g Ssd it comes with is not enough space for the games I play. Overall nice product and easily upgradable ... show more

Not a deal breaker for me that it’s not VR ready as advertised, it’s working great for my other pc needs. Just disappointed that I can’t fire it up and play some of the games I’ve been waiting for. Running great for my photography needs. *update 5/8/23 Mid April my motherboard went out, on a 6 month old computer. Had to wait a week to get an rma number, and still waiting for my part to ship. It’s closing in on a month since my first contact and the company hasn’t been much help. Definitely not good if you work from your computer. Worst part is waiting all the time for a new motherboard and the warranty doesn’t extend at all with the new part. So if it craps out again in 6 months after I finally get it replaced I’ll be screwed. ... show more

DID NOT COME WITH THE RADEON 6500XT Came with Radeon XFS !!!! Mainly bought this PC as a streaming machine as my laptop was reaching its limit to stream console at 1080P 30FPS. I can tell you that with all overlays and effects I have not to mention my camera running at 1080P this CPU while streaming only sees about 0.1% of usage and it is very fast. It is a learning curve as I had to contact customer service to figure out the HDMI issue. It seems to be a common issue as their customer service already had an option. So remember PLUG YOUR HDMI TO THE GRAPHICS CARD AND NOT THE MOTHERBOARD. Booting is super fast, graphics run nice and to my surprise MW2 ran nice at 75FPS even with the $169GPU that’s installed in mine. I even installed Fortnite and it runs like a charm. My only suggestion is do not upgrade to windows 11 as some games do not quite run well with Windows 11 so if you can stay with 10 until the issues are solved I would highly recommend that you do. The included Mouse and keyboard combo make this experience much better for any PC beginner like myself. Cons : No real explanation on the wires dangling inside. They are there if you install a higher powered GPU. Wires inside could be cleaned much better No detailed specs to see how much ram your setup can be upgraded to. Instructions can be a lot better and detailed for beginners. 35lbs is a bit steep for a PC with the amount of components per space capita Pros : Affordable Fast Reliable ... show more

    • Easy to set up, even if you don't know anything about computers!
I bought this computer for my daughter as an intro gaming computer. I honestly don't know a whole lot about computers at all, but we were able to set it up in about 20 minutes. We got a 23" Samsung monitor to go along with it, and it's working great! She mostly uses it to play games online, and we haven't had any issues so far. It did take a bit of time for us to get the WiFi to connect - for some reason, it couldn't find our WiFi until we moved an extender into her room. Our WiFi works fine with our other computers throughout the house, so I'm not sure why it was being a little finicky - but moving the extender solved the problem. The one thing I didn't realize is that there's no sound with this computer - you'll have to get a separate set of speakers! We got the ones linked below, and they match nicely with the keyboard and the lights in the computer tower.
