Everything on this pc was faulty. Should have returned it because I was within the thirty day window when the monitor showed static. Foolishly, I thought that it would be resolved easily. In just those few critical days my opportunity was gone!!! Be prepared for a customer service to completely astound you! Called at 4:00, they close at 5:00. The automated voice gave a wait time of15 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 90 minutes, then to over 2 hours! Ha!!! I guess it intended to have me hold until the next morning. Finally got rma to send back parts. It cost almost $60 to send in all the parts...cooler, graphic card, cpu! Why? No thermal paste, liquid cooling bad, graphics distorted and/or static on screen! It will now be an estimated 10 weeks (after they get the parts) before I'll get back replacements to assemble myself! Otherwise, it's longer! What a disaster! So disappointed!!! Expensive Christmas gift fail!🤬 If you would like to spend a couple thousand to learn how to assemble your own computer... This is the one for you! ... show more

    • Nonfunctioning display and USB ports
The computer arrived with every display out, HDMI and DP, nonfunctioning; as well as every USB port. I have been working with iBuyPowers tech support directly and they have been very fast to reply and offer multiple potential solutions. Unfortunately it seems like I need to send mine back to iBuyPower for a fix. EDIT: It's been a little over a year now and I can safely say that this has been the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. I have needed to replace literally every part except the motherboard and processor. New graphics card, new case, new AIO, new M.2 SSD, new PSU, new fans, ect. Every time I think I have it fixed, something else fails and I'm stuck tearing everything apart again... and again... and again... and again... I've managed to log a grand total of about 60 hours gaming since I purchased this. ... show more

This pc, I just got on 12-28-2022 would not boot up, keyboard is fine as picture shown when I plug into my old pc, but while on new pc, there is just no power for keyboard and mouse, as shown on picture. Very disappointing on this pc, can not enjoy during my holiday now, going away for New years, so can not even resolve the problem with Amazon or Ibuypower. My first time writing a review on Amazon and given a bad review, this shows my frustration. I even though it was my HDMI cable which has problem, went to buy DP and one more new HDMI cable, so frustrated. ... show more
