UPDATED: The seller's customer service reached out. I've updated to 5 stars and would say if there are any quality control issues with your order, the sellers customer service is great and the reason I raised my rating and would comfortably recommend this product. ORIGINAL: The main reason for my 3 stars is because I received the product with an obvious stain that should have been caught with any decent type of quality control. It looks like a rust stain, the legs are bubble wrapped and placed inside the stool for shipping. Not sure if that is the source or not. Very disappointing and not worth the hassle of sending back because I'm not using it in a highly visible part of my house. All ather aspects like look, feel, functionality are all really great. There are some wrinkles in the fabric that will hopefully settle out with time. There is a zipper under the stool that gives some pocket of storage, but I wouldn't (and didn't) buy this with storage in mind. I'd cautiously recommend. ... show more

I wrote a one star review on this stating there were no legs. I was all set to return them, but my sister found the legs inside the zipper pouch under the stool. I am keeping them after all. They’re beautiful and I love them. Scrap my one-star review.
